I usually have a great experience at this store but recently I purchased a furniture paint that was the colour I wanted (as seen on the lid where the paint sample is) and when I took it home it was a completely different colour- and totally unusable with my space. I went into Rona and a different paint expert told me whoever gave me the paint I originally ordered 100% mixed it wrong, resulting in such an off colour. When I said I can't use the paint and asked for store credit for the cost of it the person said, "we can't take it back. You might have added something to it" which is preposterous. They had established it was a worker error. I'm not impressed because I now have paint I can't use because it's not what I bought in the first place. The colour is horrible. Rona, do better.

More expensive than HomeDepot or Lowe's, but you're paying for convenience. Limited stock, and understaffed - can never find someone besides the cashier to ask where something is). I go for the free popcorn.

Okay, so why was this business not on Yelp? It has pretty much everything you'd get at a regular Rona, with a notably large lumber yard out back. Never too busy so the service is good. Better fine grain category signage than Home Depot for sure, so you won't miss the drill bits between the saw blades and battery packs. Most importantly though, there is always FREE POPCORN (self serve), a hold over from when this was a Totem.
