I had a full on panic attack when my laptop wouldn't charge or hold power. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the worn out charging port that morning, charging me a reasonable price. I very much appreciate all their efforts to get me back to work.

That it funny service. they can't disconnect embedded faulty apple laptop mac book pro graphics card and switch it to GPU from CPU. waste of money and time.

I had a really positive experience with my purchase here. I bought a switch that started having intermittent and bizarre network issues over the weeks after I set it up. Hong let me trade it out even though I was past the store warranty period. Unfortunately, I was still having the same issues with the replacement. After I did more research, I discovered that it turned out to be an issue with the firmware version it was running. I updated to the latest and all my issues vanished! Very patient and understanding folks while I was dealing with these issues. :-)
