After a few emails back and forth (trying to sort out roof rack /winter tyres etc) they gave up and told me to go somewhere else - which I did!!

We rented a dodge minivan at a very reasonable price for 2 days. Vehicle is road worthy and well maintained. Staff responds well to inquiries and on time. We will definitely rent again from this company when we come explore more of Alberta.
