As a Latina preparing to marry in a Sikh temple, I found the process of choosing a bridal lehenga quite overwhelming due to my limited knowledge. I visited Poojas multiple times—first with a friend and then with my future mother-in-law. They were incredibly patient and helped me find a lehenga that matched my personality without feeling overly traditional.
I couldn't be happier with the result and can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day. They also assisted me in finding modern lehengas for my pre-wedding photoshoot and a family event, providing support every step of the way.
Also, the person doing alterations speaks Spanish which it’s a bonus at least for me

This review reflects my negative experience in continuation to Bobby’s response to my wife’s review.
Although we had made appointments to see him few times, staff would often walk away to help other customers. Very inconvenient and I would tell Bobby to focus back on us as we were in a rush. My wife went several times to drop in to make sure everything was ok and Bobby would lie and say it will arrive on time. IT DID NOT. Instead he would try to upsell her family and not discuss the sherwani.
Out of desperation, we took 1 outfit Bobby made for someone else because the nikkah was the next day. This outfit was not the white I had custom made and instead it was champagne color. Why would customer pay for something that is not their order or what they wanted. We were very upset and would not recommend this place during stressful wedding times.
It was one outfit that was a different color and I HAD TO HIDE THE NAME TAG that was attached to the wrist, which belong to another customer named Aron. See proof attached. In my wedding shots I had to clench that name tag in my fist. And it gave me a rash. Stop saying I visited you several times when I’m from the U.S. I came in once to pickup my outfit with my wife, which you didn’t even have and that was the last time I step foot in your store.
Your staff was busy helping others and wasted valuable time when I had to prepare for our event. Just gave me a loaner outfit that you still wanted to charge me for, charging me both outfits that did not exist or arrived to your store.
The black sherwani wasn’t even made on time, nor it even arrived to Canada. I told my credit card company right away because you didn’t have any of my outfits. You didn’t want to refund me when I called. Credit card companies usually side with people who are right and that’s why you didn’t get your money. I had my bank on the line on my work phone when I called you on my personal. The name tag on the nikkah outfit and not having my black sherwani in my hands on time was enough proof for them. We only had 3 days left before we called you and you still didn’t have the black sherwani. Stop the lies. You know she and I weren’t happy. Why would I show a sad face on my wedding vendors’ photos and videos? Another customer’s name on the tag of the wrist that clenched in a fist in photos (embarrassing) and no black sherwani outfit ever arrived. You can’t handle feedback or deadlines and your customer service is far from exceptional. We have attached all proof for future customers and you should do the same. Show us proof wearing the black sherwani and all white sherwani (not the loaner). Why lie about this?

Amazing customer service, I have been going to bobby for years and have never been disappointed with their product. Bobby and their staff are always honest about how things look, quality is also always great. You get what you pay for. Never any issues with alterations either. Amazing selection and lots of options for customization as well!

We got 2 groom outfits from Pooja’s for our wedding. One was off the rack for a Mendhi event and the other was a full custom sherwani for the wedding day. We got the items on the exact days we were told & everything fit perfectly with the custom & they did alterations for the off the rack outfit. Bobby was so nice & helpful!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR WEDDING CLOTHES. Absolutely terrible service. Go anywhere else. Bobby is extremely disrespectful. I spent 2 hrs working with Bobby for 2 outfits. He got my wedding date wrong. Visited the store 1 month before and asked for confirmation. I again checked 1 week before he said everything would be ok. He yelled at me and blamed me for getting the date wrong. He gave us a used outfit off the rack. He couldn’t deliver on time and refused to take ownership. I never got my clothes. Notice how there is no record of a guaranteed date for the outfits anywhere in the receipt. Extremely unreliable. Him and his colleague talked down on other designers in the city to make themselves look and feel better. I’m disgusted by the people and service at poojas. Luckily our bank gave us a refund since Bobby did not deliver on time.

Bobby has gone above and beyond our expectations. I wouldn’t trust anyone other than him with our wedding outfits. To getting custom outfits designed and tailored to the littlest stitch Bobby overlooks it all. Happy is very creative with her designs and the service is very professional. If you wanna look good at your wedding or event trust me go to poojas.

Don’t go there unless you want to buy used clothes, we bought a lehnga from them and they told us to pick it up by the end of the month because lehnga needed some adjustments and by the end of the month when we went there to pickup the lehnga,it wasn’t new at all it was like someone used it couple times and we told bobby about that and he never admitted, Once I posted this honest review ,he started calling me on my cellphone to remove this review, DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CELLPHONE NUMBER ASWELL
If he said I’m a fake customer I’ll post my receipt as well
