I was overcharged for my medication. When inquired about the cost difference vs other pharmacy, I was advised they(Pharmasave Martindale) have their own pricing and was told that in Canada every business entity can have their own pricing and customer make their choice to shop there or not. I was then told, extra charges that they charged me were for their dispensing fees, putting their pharmacy sticker on my medication when it was over the counter medication. I was regular customer at this pharmacy and together with my family, well won’t be going there again.

Excellent service. The medication I went for was not available, so the staff contacted the doctor and arranged a different one in a very timely manner. They were extremely friendly and understood the time sensitivity. Definitely recommend this location.

I went to this pharmacy for the covid test kits and was given only one kit. I asked for another one for my wife and the male pharmacist tech said the kit came with 5 testers. I didn’t ask how many testers the kit came with, I asked for another box. I guess he wanted my wife to come to get another box, not sure why they’re being petty in providing free kits. Had to go across the street to get another one for my wife. Pharmacist tech had some hierarchy attitude as well. Oh well, won’t be going there again.
