I have been going to Pharmacy Plus off and on for 15+ years. I moved away for a bit, but came right back to this pharmacy when I came home.
To say they are kind is an understatement. You are always greeted with a smile, sometimes a bit smaller than others, usually when they are slammed. But even then, never once have they been rude to me, when sometimes I have been rude in the past, they have always been kind.
Not only do the Pharmacists actually care for their customers, but their front end staff are wonderful as well. I trust them wholeheartedly!
While I was reading the reviews, and noticed that there was one review that was horrible, but sadly this person left it on the wrong business. Pharmacy Plus has never, and never will be connected to the Dr’s office next door, they are not affiliated in anyway, and never have been.
So any review talking about long wait times, is NOT for Pharmacy Plus, there is not a link between them, unless you count that they both are running businesses in the medical sphere! Therefore tanking someone’s rating unfairly by linking them to a business they aren’t, can be detrimental to said business the bad rating was left on.
Also I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes for a prescription in the years I’ve come to them, honestly it’s much faster. I urge everyone to give them a go, they are worth it for sure, and actually care about your health.

Knowledgable, friendly, and go the extra mile!
Pharmastists are very helpful and able to provide good medication education and insights. My pharmastist flagged a medication I was taking and getting refilled that I no longer needed (doctor had not put an end date). They were also very helpful in choosing the right over-the-counter medications for my cold, explaining how each would help my symptoms.
They provide little extra services that make life much easier. While it requires a few days notice they offer delivery (within a certain distance) that saves me lots of time!!
Pharmastist was also able to bridge some of my prescriptions that had run out until I got a chance to see my family doctor.

I LOVE this place! Pharmacy Plus is THE ONLY pharmacy I use now! The staff is AMAZING! Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Any question is answered with care and compassion. They take the time to thoroughly explain any new medication. The staff is super empathetic and kind! Would definitely recommend Pharmacy Plus!

Pharmacy Plus's pharmacy was excellent in answering the questions I had regarding the vaccine and the medications I had to fill for my upcoming trip. Each time I needed to pick up a prescription they were prompt to have it filled and had everything to go when I got there. I received excellent service and would recommend them for any pharmacy needs.

These guys have no manners or communication skills. They don’t greet you when you walk in, they don’t even have the audacity to answer simple questions the lady was just nodding her head. The owner is a very nice and respectable lady but employees are ruining her business.

I went in for a covid booster shot appointment that I booked online. I was told that they didn’t have any available. I understand that there can be a supply and delivery issue but the way it was communicated by the older woman was uncalled for. Her attitude was unprofessional and very rude. She could have easily just told me to call back and apologized for the inconvenience. Instead she chose to approach the situation in a very aggressive manner. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Great service. Just went in for a covid shot that was pre-booked through 811. They were efficient and I was in and out fairly quickly.

Excellent staff, takes a lot of guts to work as a front line staff. I hope and wish they get appreciated, should get some compensation as every front line workers are.
