Our girls soccer team had several training session in the off-season and Dean was excellent with them. Great workouts to get them ready. As tires as they were after each session, they kept coming back for more!

Platoon FX is not a foof gym. You will get strong. Our trainer, Dean customizes a training routine for our specific goals. Their motto "we don't use machine, we build them" pretty much tells the story. All of the trainers are encouraging and truly want to see you succeed with your goals. My attitude when I walk in the doors is there is no limit - because I have exceeded my strength goals.The gym is located in the NW off of McKnight near the airport, which is convenient for us.
