Very poorly managed. Workers often sleeping during early morning hours. There is usually only one worker that isn't well trained in how their own systems work. I have seen the workers lock themselves out of the station. They fail to put signs on pumps that aren't working or put the wrong signs on. I have seen the main door electronically locked in the middle of the day because the worker didnt know how to unlock it. A group of us waited over 25 minutes for the attendant to try to figure out how to turn all of the pumps on but all had to leave eventually - we were told they needed to shut them all down between shifts in the middle of the day apparently (very confusing). The list goes on. The frustrating part is that all of the employees just laugh things off. I live 1 block away but won't come here for gas amymore as it's such a hassel dealing with the workers and their lack of knowledge or professionalism.

Attendants are often working alone and will sleep behind the counter or leave putting up an "I'll be right back" sign... Especially in the early morning.This afternoon the guy locked himself out so he advised the waiting customers to try somewhere else. No big deal if not for all of the other issues I've seen here this year.Bit of a mess.

I had a frustrating experience here today (December 19, 2022). At around 1:40pm I came to get gas at pump three. While I was fueling up the pump broke where the hose and the nozzle meet. I got gas all over my jacket and lost a decent portion of my fuel up. When I went inside to ask the attendant if she could come take a look she sorry but no (probably because she was the only worker inside at the time). I then went outside and flagged down another worker to show them the break. I asked if there was anyway I could get some sort of a refund since I got gas all over myself and my truck. The lady said sorry no all prepaid sales are final (I understand that she probably didn't have the authority to authorize a refund). I ended up leaving without making a fuss because I don't want to make a scene or anything but the thing I find frustrating is as I left no one came up to close the pump off or anything, so there's a good chance someone ended up using the broken pump after (I imagine the whole interaction start to finish was on video). I just wish the workers showed a little more compassion for the unfortunate events. This was my first and definitely last time I'll come here.

Got a sandwich from this place that they make and I took the one that had more weight to it but it turns out they just stuffed an extra piece of bread in the back so they can charge 4$ more for it, never seem anyone do this in my whole life, most obvious attempt to scam ppl out of an extra 4$ I have ever seen

Electronic payment system is constantly crashing at this location.Try your luck if you want otherwise using alternative fuel stations is recommended.

Worse experience ever the gas station attendant was away from the front for over 10mins plus was vary disrespectful once asked to help.. she is the even ladies they need better training an customer service

Has 94 octane, however I'm seeing this being offered at more Petro-Canada locations around this general area. Good on you Suncor! Removing one star because they literally run out of gas sometimes. Should this happen in Calgary?? Bad.

It would be greatly appreciated if you advertised something on sale 2 for 4 dollars if it was charged as the sign says. Rather than full price after showing the station worker the sign and still disagreeing
