Brought my car in and filled up with gas while in line. Picked my cleaning package, and dropped off the key. Easy! Took a stroll down 4th street, met a friend for a tasty lunch, and enjoyed a nice coffee. Came back and the car was clean and sparkling! Such a great experience to enjoy the amenities of 4th Street and drive away in a clean car. Added bonus, didn’t have to go looking for parking! Will definitely be coming back to enjoy lunch and get a car cleaning!

Unfortunately won't be back to this car wash after most recent experience. Was going to do the luxury package but got told my vehicle was "extra" dirty on the outside so I was being charged 15 dollars extra. Even though it goes through an automated wash. So I went down one package and paid the extra 15. I came back to my vehicle, floor Mats were dirty, exterior had mud in wheels, flies and dirt on the front and looking like it went through only the automatic even though I was assured it was hand washed and automatic. 3 hours later received vehicle and I was told I had to wait 20mins if I wanted these thing to be touched up. Though it's good prices in general, without shampooing the seats, foaming the tires and the poor cleaning job. It was over priced for the service I got. The last time I was here, I had something similar happen.

**Update, issues have been resolved!**
Poor poor service, payed for the Premium package +Rim clean +Mats shampooed. Overall clean was ok but rims weren’t cleaned and mats are missing. Once I got in touch with the manager super unapologetic and no sense of customer service skills whatsoever. Only thing he did was deny everything and their not even willing to show me the surveillance footage. Denying the cloth mats we’re there, when I obviously payed to get them shampooed with proof on receipt. Will be going forward with police and contacting HR, didn’t want to get to this but this car wash is poorly ran and should be out of business.

I spent $98 dollars to get my truck cleaned and an extra $10 for the rims that are still dirty. They threw out all my gas receipts that I saved for work and left a sticky residue over the steering wheel. No one here seems to put any thought or care into there job. AVOID !

I recently visited petro-canada on 4th st sw the facility is clean and well-maintained, with a variety of services offered including fuel, car wash, and a small convenience store. Thanks nick for your help. ;)

I paid 65$ for the “Premium Wash” and the car interior was covered in this grey film that you see on my window. I had to wipe down the entire interior of the car myself. Try using a clean rag now and again. Unfortunately this is not the first time they have done a sub par job on my car. I thought it would give them another chance, never again. If I could give less than a star I would.

looking at all the one star reviews makes me happy to see that everyone has the same issue with this place, the price for a detail seems reasonable untill you look closer they just do a fast job with very poor quality they don’t take any responsibility for being terrible at their jobs saying it’s not their fault, broke my $500 screen in my vehicle and say that the cameras showed nothing wrong and wouldn’t compensate anything, just a $17 car wash that i never received, the detailing department should be shut down go back to selling gas if you don’t know what your doing
