I give 5 stars for the staff. A very polite and pleasant cashier.I put 1.5 stars from carwash. Its price is 14.99CAD as a medium, it washes the car very quickly, but only from the top. On the other hand, the car remained dirty.

I went in recently and purchased a season pass car wash card. it was over $200. I mentioned to the clerk that this location is right by my office, and that's why I am buying the card. Went back in a couple weeks later and was told the carwash is closed for 2 months and I need to go to a different location. The only other Petro carwash location near me is MacLeod trail which is... closed for renovations. I was told to go to Signal Hill, nowhere near my usual routes. I explained that and requested a refund as they could not fulfill their commitment to me. They said no refunds. I now have a useless card I paid over $200 for. This isn't precisely theft but it is certainly dishonest, since I explained upon purchase my intention and interest.

Rude incompetent staff. Pumps malfunction and you pay. No refunds on their broken equipment. Stay away. You have been warned.

Great experience and amazing customer service. I just went to get gas but ended up getting lottery too just coz of good service by cashier ishtpreet. ? definitely coming back again.

Hours on here say they open at 6AM, however, they were closed this morning when I tried to go there at 7:50AM so they may want to update that

I come here for gas frequently because it's usually the cheapest around, but their cashier Brakash needs some serious customer service training. Today he didn't even say a single word to me, despite me saying "hello", and being extremely polite. I've also come in previously and he will NOT get off his phone. Not texting, actually speaking on his phone. He doesn't put it down, just holds it away from his ear for a second and then goes back to talking. I've worked in gas stations before and this was grounds for MAJOR disciplinary action, of not dismissal, which I don't think he deserves, but he needs some major training and supervision.
