Some guys working there are not polite. I did not have a good experience with them, although I used to use their carwash services regularly.

Horrible customer service. I bought a season pass and the car wash didn’t even clean my car thoroughly. Complete waste of money. I was told to use a squeegee to clean up the remaining dirty parts. ?
