Carries way more product than other Petlands . Staff in some areas like aquatic could have better knowledge but the service is good

We were getting our 1st family pet aka hamster. Kelsey was absolutely amazing. You could tell she was very passionate about her job and was very informative and patient with all the questions we had. She made sure we had all the necessary things to start up a home for our new family member. And followed up with phone call few days later to check on how we were doing.

I came here to get a hamster for my kids. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we didn't feel rushed and they weren't pushing for us to buy stuff we didn't need. We were able to look at various hamsters before making a choice. It was a great experience all around

It was great, came in for a quick pair of fish in a plastic bag and I got a whole lot more! A snake looked at me! I saw a frog! A bunch of stuff happened, I especially enjoyed how well their bettas are kept! Bettas, classically a mistreated fish, which is why they have so much mad max furiosa energy, are anything but that in this Pentland! NO! These bettas are alphas! Ew. They’re taken care of and now are just normal Tom hardy. Handsome. And there’s nothing I like to see more after those long hours in the coal factory, making coal, than animal husbandry from non mad max pet lands. Maxlands. I saw a skink. And got my fish and left. Good day. 10/10 would buy less angry fish from them

Went into this petland to look at some plants and right away someone asked if they could help me out with anything. I had so many questions about how to start a planted aquarium and their amazing fish and reptile manager listened to all my questions and was super knowledgeable with all of their answers. They also let me hold their ball python and you could tell that they really cared about the care and need of the snake. Such an amazing Petland and thank you so much to the manager for all of their help!

Great customer service at this location! Kelsey and the manager with short blond hair have also been great helps before. And I spoke to a lady with the nametag "Rattlesnake Rachel" last time and she was very helpful in answering questions and even offered to help me carry out my stuff to my car. Whenever I go to this location has been a good experience, definitely coming back at some point!

I will never shop here again.
When you charge premium for products half the price on Amazon and then want you to pay $2.00 for a bag.
The place is understaffed, person usually on cash register was out on the floor doing another job.
Thank you for making the decision to never purchase anything here again.
$2.00 for a bag…owner has short arms and refuses to reach into pocket to properly run business.
It won’t be long and it will be outta business!

I came to buy a bird and was trying to see which one was friendly but the female worker there was very rude and didn’t allow us any time with the birds .She kept telling us to put the animal down after touching it for a minute . She was the female worker with glasses , I think she was racist , she didn’t seem to want us looking at any pets at all . I bought few other pets at other pet lands but I never had an experience where the workers didn’t allow me to interact with the animals at all.

Was looking at getting a pet but was having trouble deciding on which one to get, when a helpful assistant named Rachel helped answer questions and decide on what I would get, and what works for me! She was super patient with me, and knows when she is talking about. will definitely be coming back!! The cashier Megan was also super nice!

I went here to look at dog water bowls for dogs. For my sons dog that he got. And I was told much information because of a great associate Rachal who helped me because the bowl I gave him was too small. I will be going here again for any dog items that he needs.
