Bought a Kong leash from the store asked what happens if the leash breaks they said bring it back and we can exchange it. Leash stopped spooling 6 months later tried to exchange and they said they don't do that.

Awesome. I love going to Pet Planet Southwood! Biancha and the entire staff are amazing. Everyone is helpful, friendly, always smiling, thoughtful, caring. Biancha is extremely knowledgeable on everything in her store and on virtually every pet dietary or health matter that I've ever talked with her about. I feel grateful to have such a special store so close to my home.

I absolutely love Bianca and how she runs the business. I am a regular here. Highly recommended. Good quality products and also everyone who works there is so kind, helpful and nice! They even have special days with discounts, highly appreciated!
I gave 4 stars bc of grooming. I did not have a great experience. I brought my dogs twice. Both times my dog came home matted. I attached a photos for a reference. My dog came home with a part of her chest shaved and a part matted.. Bianca called and explained that they were very booked and busy that day, which was very helpful to know why I might not have received any call explaining the situation from the groomer.
Anyways, I will continue to be the regular for the store products! Highly recommended

Even in the most terrible weather, the owner was able to deliver bones and dry dog food for my dog Bella. She went out of her way when I changed the time of delivery. The staff is so friendly and amazing too. Nothing but a great experience!

I've had dogs my whole life and I've never had a dog groomed as good as Edit did yesterday! I have a mini American Eskimo that is getting her adult coat and it was growing all uneven and she did everything without me having to express what I wanted done. When I picked up my baby girl I was amazed at how jaw dropping beautiful my dog was, her coat was whitener, shiny and her teeth looked clean and sparkly. I can tell she liked our new groomer and we're both so pleased. Thank you Edit! You deserve a shout out tor your amazing work -Veronica Diener.

Pretty disappointed in the customer service here. Went into the store on Monday and had a staff walking around with her dog. Didn't ask if I was okay with the dog approaching me or anything. Just had a dog brought to me. Then another staff asked if I needed help finding 2 minutes later. With the final staff member coming up to me shortly after asking "what are you looking for?" Not a "are you finding everything okay" or anything. She came across very rude. I don't enjoy being approached so many times. It's a small store, have better communication with each other.

After 3 years of owning my 5 year old rescue Border Collie, Cooper, I finally found an AMAZING groomer! She was so patient and kind with him, he even took treats from her which he never does when first meeting someone. I trusted her with Cooper 1000% and upon picking him up, I've never seen him look more handsome! She did exactly as I asked and he looks better than I expected he would. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming! Cooper says he will be back for a visit soon to get some more yummy treats?

Love this location and how friendly and helpful the employees are! After shopping here a few times, I brought my 6 month poodle puppy in for grooming with Edit today. I was SO impressed. Love that they’re 1:1, since my pup gets overexcited when there are other dogs he’d rather be playing with. Edit is a pro and it’s obvious how much she loves her job - and my puppy loves her too! This will definitely be our go-to groomer moving forward.

I was SO impressed with the experience I just had, I needed to hop on here and leave a review. I believe I was helped by the owner and she was remarkably helpful! So friendly and so knowledgeable! It's obvious they take great care in selecting their inventory - especially in supporting Canadian-based, high quality companies. I will definitely be coming here for all my pet food/supplements from now on - absolutely stellar service!

Pet Planet Southwood is so warm and welcoming. My son and I love going in and visiting the resident dog Ollie. Not only are they welcoming, they are so caring and knowledgeable about all their products and how to help our pets have a healthy, and happy long life.
