I travelled to Calgary for work and the first morning in Calgary I booted my laptop and my computer crashed. I checked for tech companies and PCMaster Pro Kensington came up with great reviews. I went in and dealt with Nour - she suspected it was the mother board that crashed and said the technician will have a look and understood that I needed my laptop back asap. 24 hours later my computer was fixed! Sam was the technician and he did have to replace the mother board on my Dell. Amazing service! I would highly recommend! Thank you again I am very grateful!!

PCMaster Pro's service was excellent! They reinstalled Windows on my laptop that was malfunctioning and fixed my MS Office application's compatibility as well as recovering data from an old hard drive that stopped working. I would highly recommend PCMaster Pro for computer services.

Went to get my iphones screen repaired. they told me to give them 45 minutes to fix it. I came back at the agreed time and the store was closed!! I recommend taking your business else where.

On the way back from Fort McMurray my computer was jostled and I had replace my hard drive. She did it plus data transfer in less than a day. On top of that she upgraded me to Windows 11 for FREE! Above and beyond! Will definitely recommend and be back.
