You really should have left this... referring to one middle aged woman in your store as a senior while "enforcing" COVID bylaws that allowed a person to wear a paper towel over their face to protect others, shows your incompetence. You likely feel ridiculous for being rude to your customers now that you've realized you were made to look as such. Zero stars for this establishment

This place is amazing! Customer service is exceptional - they really go above and beyond. I just bought a harness there and they were very helpful! My dog is really picky and it’s hard to shop for him.

This is the closest pet store to my house, and my only complaint is that one time I needed to purchase cat food urgently - there were closed with no notice, and during the work hours. I’m not sure if what was going on - but that day it was Lilac festival as well. Ok, I get it, but again - there was no notice anywhere shown. Tried to call - no one picked up the phone. Rather than that - awesome place.

I was in the store this weekend to pick up some cbd for my senior bulldog. My dogs health had recently taken a turn and honestly it was a bad day for him. I broke down while paying and the girls working were so incredibly kind, empathetic and even offered me a hug which gladly accepted.
Thank you for being knowledgeable on your products and helping me decide what to buy, but more so for showing me so much kindness. It meant a lot.

I work in the neighborhood and my dog comes with me so we have become regular customers here. It's a smaller shop but has a great variety of products at decent prices and the staff are both knowledgeable and incredibly nice. Highly recommend!

Great place to shop for great products. Raw food is reasonably priced, which is all we buy. Staff is very friendly.

It was my first time buying a gift for a puppy, so I had no idea what to buy. A knowledgeable and friendly lady working there was very helpful by giving detailed information and also gave me a gift for the puppy after my shopping. I heartily recommend this store :)

We walked into this shop for the first time and had a nice warm welcome. Atmosphere felt nice, they carried our brand of food, the woman behind the cash desk was very nice. Will be coming back.
