I'm giving this store a one-star rating because I just drove 45 km all the way to get a part that I very much needed and could have gone elsewhere to get and when I got here it's closed. It is Labor day but on the website it says it's open till 8:00 p.m. and nowhere on the website does it say what the holiday hours and if you call there is no messaging system or voicemail it just rings which is strange because their sister company Canadian Tire has a message system stating this you would think they would be ran in similar ways when it came to customer service. So thanks Part Source for the gigantic waste of time gas and patience

I went to buy a couple of lights today. The person who assisted me went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. Excellent customer service.

Gave me the wrong parts and had to reschedule everything with my mechanic I shouldn't even be surprised but whatever. I'm glad this is the last purchase I ever make at Part Source again.

They have no idea what they are doing. Tried to get me an alternator with over double the current. If someone didnt know what they were doing and trusted the employee they would melt wires

A friend recommended this spare parts store to me, the service was excellent, I don't speak English, but they took all the time in the world to assist me and sell me the spare parts that I needed, I also bought spare parts for the truck and they installed it themselves, very friendly, pleasant atmosphere, very good prices, I recommend them 100%, greetings

The employee Kevin B here is an amazing and helpful person with some of the best customer service I have ever seen! He helped me save $1000 by avoiding the need to buy a catalytic converter (I got check engine code P0420) by buying a simple $20 cleaner. All mechanics wanted me to change the cat. This world definitely needs more Kevin’s and the company is lucky to have him. Thanks a million!

Nothing wrong with the store itself, but Kevin needs an attitude adjustment. Went to buy a new battery and Kevin was more interested in humiliating his employees than assisting them or customers.

Balal, the clerk who helped us, was an exemplary employee. He was patient in getting the parts that we needed. He double checked to make sure we had gotten all the pieces that would be necessary to fix our car. He was even very kind to help us take the large cumbersome part out to the car.
