Got a ring yesterday as a promise ring but it was too big. Came into the store to get it a half size smaller and they told me it was scratched and can’t resell it when I haven’t worn it. I’m disappointed.

The sales associate, Taija, was very rude to my friends and I when we went in to buy a gift. Her customer service was very poor and rude- seemed as if she could not be bothered to help us.
