I got my engagement ring resized yesterday and it was done within an hour and looks beautiful! They were so kind and patient with me and made sure I was 100% happy with everything. I would definitely go back in the future if I ever need any jewellery repaired/resized.

This is my favorite jewelry store. I've been coming here for years and I'm always excited to go. The owners are extremely courteous and considerate. I greatly enjoy the service I receive each time. They also have a terrific range of jewelry, and I love the pieces I bought here. In addition, I have repaired and/or sized rings, as well as fixed my watches; it is my one-stop shop for all my jewelry needs. Thank you for this wonderful place!!

Highly recommend. I had a very fine gold chain that broke. They were able to fix it, and you can't tell where the break was at all. Months later and its still perfect

I had a custom ring made a couple months ago. I presented what I wanted, their quote was lower than others, they delivered quickly with great communication and professionalism. The ring was absolutely perfect! I would 100% trust them again and recommend them to anyone. Great company!

This is my second time going go pacific jewellery - once to resize a couple rings and another time to reshape my wedding band. Both experiences were exceptional service done in a very quick time frame. I usually have a jeweller I go back to when visiting family in Ontario but have been preferring this family run business as I can get things done for a fair price right when I need it!

So impressed with Pacific Jewellery! My fiancé proposed on Friday night and the ring happened to be a size too small! I was on the hunt for same day ring resizing on Saturday and they were able to make it happen for me! The owner of the shop literally resized my ring in 30 minutes and was totally sweet and kind! I highly recommend this jeweller!
