I've been shopping at Ooh La La since it opened and over 20 years later I've an exceptional, extraordinary and timeless wardrobe. The service is impeccable - friendly, attentive and beyond knowledgeable. The selection would stand out in any city globally, thanks to the incredible buying of the owner that never fails to WOW! Calgarians are lucky to have a shop with this level of clothing. Bonus - there aren't sales people on commission who pressure you to purchase items regardless of how they look. If you want stylish, exquisitely made clothing you can't find anywhere else, head straight to Ooh La La. I promise - you won't be disappointed!

I've been shopping at Ooh La La for the past 20+ years and still wear many of the beautiful pieces I've collected over the years. What I love about Ooh La La is that anything I purchase there is classic and superbly crafted, and will stand the test of time. I've always had great service and Chris consistently steers me to the right pieces for me, and will tell me if something isn't suitable for me. I can't recommend her and the shop highly enough.

Whoever the dark-haired lady is she is very rude and I had to deal with bad customer service, it was a very unpleasant visit. Thank you for ruining my day.I came in to look for a birthday gift for my mother and I came with my friend and I looked at a T-shirt that I thought my mum would like for her birthday. When I looked at the price I made a slight noise out of the shock of the price (not knowing this store was a high-brand fashion) and the owner/worker thought I had laughed which I didn't so I don't know why she had assumed that, making a slight shock noise isn't the same as laughing. Please learn the difference, people can make small noises, doesn't mean it's laughing. I can also afford your clothing but now I will go elsewhere where I can be served proper customer service and not be bashed by a snobby person that thinks highly of her store. Please think before speaking and don’t assume. I’d give 0 stars if I could.Responding to the Owner that left a review:I am sorry if you took our behaviour that way so I apologize for that but I do stand by how me and my friend behaved and I don't think that was wrong at all. I am a grown adult and so is my friend, I know how to behave in a proper and professional manner. I stand by what my review says.I hope you have a wonderful day.

TO ALL WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS:Christine Wells/Oh La La Boutique is a fraud.If you decide to do any business with her have her pay upfront, upon placing the order. She placed an order with Lucian Matis, then returned 90% of the merchandise claiming the wrong season was sold to her. Please note, all our look books and marketing materials have the seasons clearly listed. Lucian Matis is a label known for its classic cuts. Also the PO was sent to her for approval (but her word seems to mean nothing) . Further more the style numbers have also the season listed.While Christine might want to seem like she has a successful business, she's broke!The fashion industry is a tough industry, competing with slave labour etc and when a supplier doesn't pay their bill some smaller companies can suffer major consequences.A store of no integrity!

Our company has on several occasions attempted to do business with this account. We would like to post a warning to other manufacturers and customers that the owner likes to walk back her orders, fails to pay on time, and ultimately fails to follow through. I would avoid this boutique, if you wish to avoid wasting your time/losing out on business.

hi I was walking on 17th Ave with my friend we saw this store thought to look i will never go back we were just looking and saw how much it was I did really like a dress but I will never get it because of one of the worker was so rude we were leaving and she thought we were Laughing at the price but were not we were just shocked she said the price are like that be they are designer clothes she was really rude i will never be back don't go just to look

Not sure who the dark haired owner is whose always perched behind the counter and/or near the back window, I hope that I just caught you on a bad day but my God, you should not be running a business with the rude and unprofessional demeanor you have. I came in looking for a dress for Christmas event and left feeling like your terribly sour attitude spoiled my morning. Won't EVER be back!

This is a great store staffed by 2 lovely professional and always smiling ladies. They are located just off 17 ave sw by 7 street. Coffee shops are plentiful in the area including a Tim Hortons and Starbucks.
