Terry and the team at Oakridge automotive were great, extremely friendly and welcoming. Came in for a tire change expecting it to take the day, received a call 90 minutes later with the job done. Very fast and efficient service. Highly recommend!

Have been bringing our cars there for a while now and have always had fantastic service. They are quick, explain everything they have done, make recommendations for the next service, so there are no surprises. To echo what the last reviewer said, they are great at helping you out if there are emergencies. We really appreciate the team over there.

Customer service focus, thanks Terry.
I've been going here for around 10 years because the front end staff are always cheerful, professional and helpful. It's busy here, but they go the extra mile to find time for genuine emergencies.
I had a flat tire during prime tire change season and Terry fit me in early morning the next day so I could make a 9:30 am appointment in Banff. Nice way to begin the day having things go right.

I took in my 2019 Blazer for service for the first time at this shop and I have to say Terry and the team are honest as the day is long. It's very tough to find a reputable shop these days and we've all had bad experiences with Dealers, so eliminate the stress of automotive repairs and call them, you will not be disappointed. They are (as you can imagine - very busy) so call early. They kept me informed and made the entire process stress free. I have dealt with many people in vehicle repair over the years, and these guys are amongst the best. Highly recommended.

This automotive shop is the best!!!!
The staff is absolutely the best.
I had a car leaking fluid and they managed to fit me in, find the leak and fix it!
Oakridge came highly recommended by a friend and they surpassed the recommendation.
The staff is incredible and knowledgeable.

I was having some issues with the steering on my car so called there this morning hoping to get in sometime in the next couple of days. Terry (the owner) answered the phone and informed me that they are currently booking into December, but to bring the vehicle by at 10 so they could take a quick look. Hubby took it down there, and they said to leave it and they would see what they could do. They had no loaner vehicles, so they drove him home and dropped him off. (We only live literally up the street, but still.....they went the extra mile.) Just got a call that they fixed the issue and he's going to bring the car to our house and I will drive him back. Terry and the gang have always been awesome and while we are not always impressed with the price of repairs (as we all know car repairs are expensive), we are ALWAYS impressed with their customer service.

I have had two experiences with this shop, one with a very large nail in my tires and the other needing my tires torqued and didn’t know where else to go. Both times I was greeted with kindness, and both times I would say they were nothing but helpful in all the ways someone could ask for. This shop seems like the most ethical, helpful auto shop I’ve ever been to in my life. Thank you!!!

Terry and the team at Oakridge Auto are amazing!
Coming from a woman who has dealt with instances of unethical experiences in the past with automotive shops, Oakridge Auto proved to be far from that.
The communication, professionalism and efficiency in their business is impressive. I brought my car in after an unexpected leak and they managed bring in the parts, get everything fixed and handed back to me within 17 hours.
I couldn’t recommend Oakridge Auto enough. Will definitely be back!

This is by far the most ethical auto shop I have ever dealt with. I switched to them 4 years ago, and have consistently been impressed by how fair, honest, and clear the service has been. They've frequently fit me in on short notice when I had an emergency, are extremely transparent with pricing up-front, and have made me wish that I switched to them years ago. Highly recommended.

TLDR - Casey and Yuriy are simply amazing!
We are a one car family and I was changing my winter tires and found that one of the studs had damaged threads and wasn't catching the nut. This was on a Saturday night. I was very distraught because we had a planned a trip to Canmore on Friday. On Monday morning I had called another shop, the soonest they could see me was Friday morning and was going to charge substantially more. (I assumed this was reasonable, given that its winter tire changing season). I had a neighbour look at it and we determined that the thread was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. My wife told me to call Oakridge as a hail mary just in case they were able to fit me in. Casey picked up the phone at 5pm and was incredibly professional, he told me to come in and that he would be able to take a quick look but no guarantees. Yuriy looked at the tire and determined that indeed it needed to be repaired but personally offered to at least start on it tonight. Casey was aware of my trip on Friday and said they could probably squeeze me in tonight and IF they happened to have the stud possibly get it fixed tonight. I get a call 30 mins later and they were able to get it all fixed for me. 2 of the studs actually had to be replaced. The whole ordeal from the phone call to fix was done within an hour. Their shop was closed at 6 and they waited for me after closing so I could pick up the car. I was absolutely blown away. They saved me A LOT of my valuable time, money and piece of mind. I have literally never seen this kind of customer service before. As long as my car runs they will get all of my business from now on. No question.
