Depends on who you’re dealing with that day. This is the closest Canada post around me and I’ve been using their service about 4 years now. When there is a nice staff working that day then you’re lucky, but there has been always this annoyed staff who doesn’t seem like wanting to be there at all, and when she’s in charge then it’d be an unpleasant experience. I’ve dealt with her more than 5 times if I remembered correctly, she’s never been in a good mood or whatever the attitude a customer service person would have

So incredibly frustrating dealing with them. So many departments not speaking to one an other. Purchased address redirect. But of course this doesn't apply to packages (found out after the fact). If I specifically purchase the address redirect why are they delivering to an old address (I know not their problem). Why didn't you call me, or email, or try to reach me... So super duper sorry. We don't call. Why not leave it a the hub...So super duper sorry. We don't do that either. What a terribly run business.

The lady helping us at Canada post seem like she didn’t want to be there. Unfriendly and inconsiderate to begin with. Totally ruined our experience. I think her name was Griva. She was hard to approach but later due to obligation to be helpful; helped us to figure something out on our document once we called out her rigidness.

Slow, understaffed. Always a giant line. Why isn’t there an express line for pickups. I don’t want to wait 30 mins during a pandemic for a 5 second pickup.

Unreliable deliveries. My temperature sensitive package sat in a truck for 3 days, while "out for delivery". My business, customers and product suffered. They offer no assistance or have any clue what's happening with anything that isn't directly related to the cash register.

The two young guys working there were super efficient with my package and managing the queue. They were also able to answer my question about how to post a bigger sized package. Kudos to them!

I use Canada Post at this location regularly for mailing products for my business. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Katherine especially is one of my favourite employees as she has a thorough knowledge of different shipping methods and always recommends ways to save on shipping. I usually mail 20 or more packages at a time and the staff are always very efficient in preparing my order. Some of the other reviews on here are negative due to 2 main categories: 1) having to wait in line, 2) employees following Canada post protocol. I believe these negative reviews should be disregarded because they are unreasonable. Some people’s shipping order may take longer for the employees to process than others. To wait in line while others are served should not be an unreasonable expectation. In my hundreds of times shipping here I have never had to wait in line for an unreasonable amount of time and I recommend some of the other rude people reviewing on here to learn some respect for others. In my experienced perspective of shipping here on a regular basis, the service is excellent, delivery is reliable, price is affordable, employees are knowledgeable, kind and friendly. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Be prepared to wait in line for 15 min for your 5 second pick-up; always a line and staff seem to always be dealing with difficult customers who take 5 minutes each with there issues. Someone please have insight and add an express line for pick-ups!

I went into the post office for one thing, a small, flat rate, prepaid box. Pulling the one I wanted off of the display, I showed it to Katherine and said, "I would like one of these please. Should I take the display model, or do you have more?"Katherine answered, "We have more in the back," and she brought me two flattened boxes."I only need one, thank you."So I paid for it, more than I expected and left.When I arrived home, it was the wrong size, too big, not the one I showed her. No wonder it was SEVEN DOLLARS more! I just thought maybe the rates went up AGAIN.Please pay attention to your customers! Open up your ears and eyes.
