Large parking lot, good location. When entering the store, there is enough space. The staff is friendly, and they also told me what to buy. They immediately show cheaper products and more expensive ones, and explain how they differ. This is important not only for beginners. A very large selection of various accessories and spare parts. I really liked. They get 5 stars

Jeremy assisted me with a car problem today. He went above and beyond to help me figure it out, and was very respectful and positive to deal with.I have no loyalty to NAPA as a company, or to this particular building.But this is now my go-to stop for any product I need for my car, because Jeremy was just that good.Whoever ends up reading this, please give Jeremy a raise. Don't just give him a pat on the back.I am currently starting my own business, and Jeremy is the exact type of person I would hire - honest, diligent and kind. If he's not a good employee, I don't know who is.

Went to Napa to get conventional motor oil since I had a voucher that I received when I made a purchase elsewhere.None of the staff knew how to deal with the voucher but one of them made a quick phone call and figured it out and, after the 25 dollar discount was subtracted from the sale price of the oil, I paid 15 dollars for a 50 dollar jug of oil!Thanks very much guys!

Great customer service from the Napa store & delivery dispatcher.Today Napas service reminded me a $$X trader kiranjeet , she used to say “ raat geye , baat geye” Napa does the same , you bought it doesn’t matter it’s your now , it’s not my problem!! I received a open box !! Isn’t interesting?!

I have ordered parts multiple times at this NAPA before and used to find them very reliable, however recently I was given an incorrect part number. I give three stars for the past reliability and have taken into consideration the possibility of new hires being involved with this transaction. (for those wondering the parts were break rotors and I did not even have to take them out of the bag to know they were not making it on my car)
