Moores used to be my go to store for suits and dress shirts ,sadly their inventory levels are horrendous.A tip if yourself suits and pants separately make sure you enough stock. Could not get my size at 3 stores,when I asked to get the pants altered because they had no stock for a discounted and the staff member just laughed said no and said it would cost an additional$47.00
What a joke.Went to Tip Top recieved 5 star service and guess what…they had inventory.Maybe your parent company either stocks the stores properly or just close down

I went in with my son as we needed dress clothes for a wedding. I was dressed in sweats and felt like I was judged and maybe didn’t look like their typical clientele. The guy was helpful with the fit of the pants on my son. We felt kind of rushed. At the till he asked if we had a rewards account. I figured my husband did because he had just spent nearly $600 at a different Moore’s a couple weeks before but apparently he doesn’t. After my husband’s phone number didn’t come up in their system the guy that day didn’t even offer for us to sign up or even tell us anything about it.

I recently visited this fantastic store and was thoroughly impressed with the service. I particularly want to highlight the assistance provided by an employee named Cohen. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable. Cohen helped me select the perfect suit by considering all my preferences and needs. He gave excellent recommendations on fabric choices and styles. A big thank you to Cohen for his patience and personalized service! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality suits and exceptional customer service.

I was at the store on 16th ave, close to the home depot about 2 weeks ago, and o my, this tall sales guy who attended to me was so rude. He kep calling me “…my friend” with a very rude and sarcastic tone whenever I needed help. When I was done and I needed to pay, then went the other lady who was also very rude. I started to think this had to be a rac.ist store as they clearly didn’t want me around. I ended up paying for my goods worth almost $500 and left with a vow never to ever return to any of the Moores stores as it looked to me that these 2 staff I met there were clearly a reflection of the organisation. So sad!

One of the worst stores I've ever been into. The staff totally ignored us when we came in. One staff was sitting down and watching videos out loud on his phone. The other one was sitting at the desk and doing nothing. When we needed some assistance both of them didn't look over and when I called out to them, one of them reluctantly came over. After helping me he just went to sit back down again. Afterwards I decided to just find what I needed on my own since they did not seem to want to help anyway. We were the only customers in the store by the way. Unbelievable.
