“I travelled to Calgary for work and the first morning in Calgary I booted my laptop and my computer crashed. I checked for tech companies and PCMaster Pro Kensington came up with great reviews. I went in and dealt with Nour - she suspected it was the mother board that crashed and said the technician will have a look and understood that I needed my laptop back asap. 24 hours later my computer was fixed! Sam was the technician and he did have to replace the mother board on my Dell. Amazing service! I would highly recommend! Thank you again I am very grateful!!”

“I recently visited another cellphone repair shop to replace my iPhone 13's display and battery, but unfortunately, the results were disappointing. The replacement battery was too large, causing a noticeable white blotch on the screen because it was pressing against the LCD. When I brought up the issue the following day, the shop insisted that nothing could be done, which led me to seek a second opinion.
I reached out to Kuldeep via Facebook Messenger and explained my situation. The difference in service quality was like night and day. Kuldeep not only took the time to get my approval and review his work before reassembling my iPhone, but he also expertly resolved the issue by installing the correct-sized battery and replacing the damaged LCD, which had suffered from the pressure of the previous incorrect installation.

“This Store is 100× Better than Mobile Care at Chinook mall, who sold me a stolen phone, than replaced it w a broken phone and told me to go fix it in my own.
This store, Electronics Planet, has given me no issues, what so ever. We bought 4 phones from this location now. The gentleman showed me how to troubleshoot a few things on my new phone before leaving, put my sim card in and made sure I had access to all my apps from the stolen phone.
By far, the Best Customer Service In Calgary.
I recommend to everyone, everywhere.

I literally went to 4 or 5 different Rogers locations AND called Rogers customer service. Every single person I spoke to gave me a different answer, leaving me confused and frustrated. Partia and Vipin were the only ones who in my opinion had proper training and actually correctly answered my questions and quite literally held my hand through the entire process. “Top marks. Excellent service from Corbin. I dropped off my mobile phone on Sunday, the 21st of April, just after 16:00. The mobile was ready the next day Monday 22nd by 11:00 the next day. The company does offer a one hour 'while you wait' service. But I did not have the time to wait. Corbin used OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts.”
