First time, we went to this location today, the lady was working there look so moody and tired. It was 6.40pm and we ask for shoes size and she said we don’t have size.Look like, she doesn’t have knowledge about the sizes,she was saying size 8 that was actually 9. Then, she close the lights, where we were look long for shoes. I experienced first time this type bad customer service.we left the store same time. They should replace the staff.I would recommended don’t ever visit to this store.

Taylor made my shopping experience a pleasant one. She took the time to explain the difference in boots and made countless trips to the back to find me the right shoe for me. She always had a smile on her face and very friendly. I will highly recommend this store to people I know because of her , thank you Taylor!

Went here with my autistic son to check out what they had for winter gear and wasn't disappointed! quality was better than anywhere I've seen, he's super happy with his new jacket, snow pants and well insulated boots, plus the sales lady was really helpful getting sizes and was really friendly, Thank you so much! P.S. Love the reflective options, this will keep him visible and amp up his safety

My husband and I came in earlier in the day and received excellent customer service. The staff are very knowledgeable about all their boots and were able to help us pick out the right pairs for our jobs. We also got information on how to care for our boots so they last longer. We will definitely come back here again!

Always a great variety of work footwear. Staff that are extremely efficient and will have you in your perfect shoe. I personally purchased my last 4 pairs there and have never been disappointed in any capacity and have referred many friends.

My teenage daughter needed boots for her summer job, and we certainly picked the right place. Great selection of women’s sizes, so didn’t have to settle for smaller (but too wide) men’s boots. Staff was awesome. Thanks for a great experience.

All the boots in the store are EEE extra wide they do not stock anything in standard width.
