I need more than 5 Stars for this review, so, please, in your minds-eye, while you read this, add another star.
I hate the sound of metal-on-metal grinding, I hate it more when the sound is coming from the rear wheels of my car.
One day I released my parking brake and there was a CRUNNCHKkkLllsshh sound. Not good. I eased forward and gently applied my brakes only to hear the sound that can best be described as Satan playing "Reverse Industrial Mozart" at half-speed on a chalkboard with iron claws and the souls of the damned.
It was not okay.
I parked my car and called a priest. The priest wouldn't come near it, so I let it sit on the front street for a week. I didn't even want to leave the house, much less look at it.
Eventually I decided to call for some professional help and found Marty at Minit-Tune. Despite the fact my car was clearly a menace to the fabric of the Universe, he took it in and said it probably isn't as bad as I thought.
I couldn't say what happened up there at Minit-Tune. Was there a battle for the soul of the Universe? Did evil nearly concur good? Did Marty stand against a seething iniquitous demon hellbent on the destruction of our fair city—nay, the world—flaming torque-wrench held aloft?!?
We may never know.
What I do know is it was a "simple fix" that didn't drain my bank account, my car was back in a few days and drives like a dream.
Minit-Tune and Marty are miracle workers. Thanks!

Staff are knowledgeable and professional with great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. They are also efficient and communicative. My car was second-handed, now it is like a brand-new car with all the problems fixed. Highly recommended.

I appreciate the fact that I was able to get my needed oil change and tire repair done so quickly. I really like the communication regarding the work recommended and an estimate on each job. I was able to choose the work I wanted done and could afford. And I received a very good explanation about everything.
