Tracy was excellent and so helpful! I had issues with my nose piercing after getting it pierced here 10 years ago. They did not charge me any money and helped me put my new piercing in. Had a second piercing done here for my birthday. Very positive experience! The lady who assisted me was lovely and helpful. The original holes on each side of my ears did not line up, but she was an expert and able to make it unnoticeable when adding in the second hole.

I absolutely love visiting Angela at the chinook location. She is patient, kind, caring, and always makes me laugh. I drive all the way from okotoks just to see her and get my eyebrows done. She is amazing. Her work is impeccable and the ONLY person I trust with my eyebrows
