Thankfully it is rare that I have to use MB Autoworks but when I do, I always bring my vehicle to them. I have always received the best care from Deanna, Tracy, Trevor and the rest of the team. Parts can take awhile to come in but I understand that is not their fault - the end product looks fabulous! Can't even tell I had a boo-boo! Thank you once again Team MB Autoworks.

I highly recommend MB AUTOWORKS, Royal Oak for any collision repairs. Not only were they kind and friendly, but called me with updates regularly. They arranged for my rental car pickup and drop off. My car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up. They also polished the scratches out from another area of the car that was not part of the collision repair. I'm a very satisfied customer.

The best experience I’ve ever had in regards to auto body work hands down! Marlene and the entire team at MB Autoworkers exceeded all my expectations. They are cordial, professional , honest and provide quality workmanship. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my auto-body needs!

Unfortunately my vehicle was damaged in a bumper kiss while it was parked but brought my car to Deanna and her staff, and I was extremely happy with the job that was completed on my vehicle. Staff were a pleasure to deal with and work done was top notch. Highly recommended

I would highly NOT recommend this place.I am posting this a while after having had work done there so I am saying this from a balanced and non-reactive perspective.First of all, the communication- worse than poor. I can mention names but it won't be fair to name-shame anyone but I am happy to share details offline. The person who answered the phone while my car was there was consistently curt, and it is unacceptable to speak to a customer like this. I see her name on other reviews so this seems to be recurring.MB Autoworks doesn't communicate regularly. If you don't call for updates, you will never hear from them. Eventually, I asked to speak with someone senior to finally have a manager call me and though she called a couple days, that was it. It was somewhat reassuring but since I got my car back, I haven't had a response to my emails.Again, having interacted with many businesses, this is the first time I came across such poor communication skills from such a large company.Bottom line, when you take your car there, don't expect any updates or communication.Secondly, time. My repair was supposed to be 5-7 days, but eventually took about 26 days.Imagine assuming your car will be back in a week and then take a month. And now add in zero proactive communication from the place that has your car. As a result of the lack of communication and then false promises of when the car will be returned, I spent thousands on a rental car (summer time daily rates times 26).Thirdly, when you do get your car, it will not be cleaned and the inside will be left as per the technicians have used it. Seats in different configuration etc. This is somewhat unprofessional.At the moment, I am aiming to escalate my disappointment with their service and the only reason I give one star is because I can't go lower.In summary, I suggest taking your car elsewhere. I am sharing my experience with a lot of people and they are equally stunned and disappointed. MB Autoworks did not display basic communication skills or courtesy, and based on multiple reviews I have read, they are clearly not learning from the feedback.I hope there is a review of what's happening there, otherwise the MB brand will lose more customers as a result of the poor communication, poor service, and disconnect with clients.

I had accident so I choosed them to repair my car. They told me pay 3500 out of my pocket in addition to insurance claim amount. If I dont pay to country hills benz they told me they wont go ahead with repairs. So I paid in a hope of getting my car. They lied about car being repaired and will be out in 20 days. At the end my insurance totaled the car becauseof the repair cost. How can you guys ask me to pay 3500 when you guys have not done your assesment yet. I would never recommend this body shop again. Now I lost my 3500 because of mb autoworks team.

Extremely poor communication, which is echoed by several other reviews. The shockingly poor communication resulted in significant stress, wasted time, and even caused me to incur personal out-of-pocket expenses. The cherry on top was the manager left me a voicemail to apologize for the poor communication and offered to reimburse me for my out-of-pocket expenses. Then, in keeping with their theme of poor communication, failed to respond to my several follow-ups. I was also dissatisfied with the quality of the work. I would strongly recommend saving yourself the stress, hassle, and expense by avoiding this place.

Before you hand your vehicle over to them for any service, PLEASE MAKE SURE to take detailed, clear photos of your entire vehicle with a date stamp. They will not admit any damages they caused during their service. Definitely do not recommend doing any service with this company.Service: Body & Trim

I came here two years ago to get my windows fixed after it was smashed. I remember they were very good.Last week, my car broken in so I decided to come back to get my windows fixed. I called MB and spoke with a lady (I believe her name was Sharon or Sherry) who was very unpleasant. My insurance advisor that I dealt with was new and didn’t give me a claim number or clear instructions, he only gave me a reference number. The lady that I spoke with at MB sounded annoyed that I wanted to get my glass fixed but I didn’t have a claim number and she “didn’t know what I want to do.” I left my number with her to see if my insurance will send the form by the next day. It has been 2 days and she didn’t call me back. I just called and spoke with the same lady. Long story short, she was beyond rude. She said “ I’m not sure what you want to do, I told you the other day that your insurance needs to send me the form, not a reference number. That doesn’t do anything.” Her tone of voice is very condescending. Absolutely no professionalism.I just called my insurance advisor and he told me that they sent my claim to MB Auto Works. So i am not sure what happened, kind of sounds like the lady that I spoke with at MB didn’t even bother checking her claims pile and jumped to conclusion that I don’t have a claim number. At the end of the day, there is just no need to be so rude.Insurance isn’t a thing I deal with every year so I might not remember what the correct steps are.I don’t wanna deal with her again , so I’m taking my business elsewhere.

MB Autoworks did a great job with my Sprinter. They were very friendly and customer service was outstanding when parts were delayed. Very happy with the work and the cost was very fair. I highly recommend their work.

First- class service, without a doubt!Firstly, they happened to be in the shop on a weekend while closed and unlike most shops, these guys answered my call without hesitation and not only guided me through my first accident but also provided me an estimate of my damage repairs within an hour! They assisted with connecting with my insurance company promptly and ensuring I was set up with a loaner as they advised parts were back ordered. They continuously kept me up to date as my parts arrived. Last but not least, I was astonished to see my vehicle thoroughly DETAILED including my jammed packed trunk with my daughters snow activity gear.THANK YOU MB AUTO !! You and your team are greatly appreciated. Keep up the outstanding service!

My insurance sent me over to them for a quote. The quote and everything went fine. Quick and courteous. Since my claim was approved, I asked for a booking to get my car in to fix. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a update. I have called them 2 weeks after the estimate. I was told once they are looking at lead times for the parts which is understandable. However no update for 4 weeks after that call makes no sense. So I called again last week. (As a side note don't expect to get them on the phone. You will almost always be put to voicemail that they do not respond to) On the phone I was put on hold and then a few min later hung up on. Trying to call back and all I got was the voice mail. All I would have asked for is a occasional update and or replies to the two voice messages I have left. Super frustrating! My car is not usable until it is fixed. The insurance will not pay for a rental until the car is in the shop. I understand that they may be busy and that is ok. Calling me and telling me this would have sufficed and I would have not waited.I have since gone to another shop and found that the lead time for the parts needed was 2 days.The estimate was top notch. The customer relations is abysmal.Service: Body & Trim
