From the moment I've called the store about Tacori rings and had the pleasure of talking Dalia, I knew Maxime's was the place I was going to purchase my ring from. Dahlia gave me detailed information and answered my questions. She also scheduled my appointment based on the day I was flying to Calgary.
Annie helped us out during our appointment. She answered all our questions and gave us honest opinions. She was very patient as we took a long time to decide. She's truly the best. Matthew was also there to help us.
Once the order was ready, Annie had contacted us. She gave us an update and confirmed shipment details. She also followed up with us after our rings were delivered.
Overall we had an amazing experience and highly recommend Maxime's for all your jewelry needs.
