“Bought from this store a few years ago, and the service then made us come back Sept 2024. This time. Sheldon did explain the types of mattresses and how they are built, took us to a demo model, that had all the bells and whistles , then failed to make sure what we decided to buy was exactly what we just demo' d . We got what we ordered, but not what we thought we ordered. Sheldon should have mentioned that the fancy motion bed would not work without the fancy base, so we paid for the bed and frame, based on what we thought we were getting, but on delivery, all this confusion came up, and there response to my wife was " All sales final, No returns " .
Since this post 2 weeks ago, we have had a mutual agreement on how this purchase was handled. Contact with main office resulted in a agreement on the correct base, which we purchased at a great deal. Laurie worked tirelessly, including late at night and on holiday days to come up with a solution to our problem. Our view of this company has been restored, and do recommend other people visit this company and let them show you what you should look for when buying a new mattress/ base combination. They really proved they care about each customer. I want to apologize to Sheldon and Laurie for my previous review, And will be returning for the next bed and frame, which will be in a year once our condo unit is finished being rebuilt from a fire .”

Team7 is a beautiful furniture line they carry from Austria....that's on my list next! Christo, the salesperson, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Store has never been too crowded when we've visited, so they'll spend as much time as you need, and show you a cross-section sample of each mattress so you can see what's inside.”

“A couple of years ago I started my quest to purchase a new bed. I wish I started at Sleep Boutique!
I started by visiting a couple of stores only to be put in front of a TV for a short video, then asked do you have any questions? What do you think??? Not knowing the right question to ask, and lack of guidance from the sales people, I wasnt confident I was making an informed decision, I then decided not to make a decision.
Fast forward to 3 months ago I ventured into Sleep Boutique. I never knew there was so much one should know to purchase a bed! April guided me through with her vast knowlege and patience.
I purchased an Evrbed with an adjustable base. I never knew how it would address as many issues that has effected my quality of sleep:
Prior to sleeping on my new evrbed I had developed sore hips. After sleeping on my new bed, that pain soon dissipated.
One night prior to going to bed I had sever acid reflux due to a hiatus hernia. I adjusted the head of the frame and did not wake up once through the night.
Lastly I have hot flush/night sweats. I chose the wool mattress topper to regulate body temperature and has also performed to exceed my expectations.
The Evrbed in such a short period of time has proven to me I have made the right choice. The quality and function of the bed is worth the investment!
I now have learned Sleep Boutique will make new foam inserts for my sofa and love seat to freshen up the cushions.
As to the people you will meet. Confident, knowledgeable, patient, and no pressure. They are so comfortable to talk with and ask questions. From my experience purchasing a new Evrbed I am confident should I have questions or concerns in the furture, Sleep Boutique will stand behind their product and support their customers.

“Lived with (not happily) a very expensive memory foam bed for eight years before checking out Halstead. So happy to now have invested in a bed that allows us to customize comfort levels side-to-side and top to bottom. And best thing is we can update the comfort whenever we need/want to. Never heard of "building" a bed that is right for both of us and am so happy to have learned about it. We also decided on the adjustable frame and am loving the zero gravity setting. Thanks to Marty and team for a great experience that keeps on giving!”

“Purchased the wool mattress protector/topper. I'm quite happy with it after a month or so, it's not super thick, knowingly bought not thinking we're getting a new pillow top, but seems to have reduced some discomfort and sleeps a little cooler on top of a IKEA foam mattress. All locally sourced material which was rad.
Super great easy going owner, and the other products looked amazingly well made. Hard to find locally well built products these days. Will be returning when we make the jump to a nice bed and frame. 6 stars for the shop dog.”
“We wanted / needed to upgrade the foam in our RV table bench cushions. I talked to Craig on the phone and I went up the next day. We had multiple choices in high quality foam and Craig was very helpful in directing us with his knowledge of foam and RV's. Once chosen he measured and cut while we waited. It was quick and it was correct. I would recommend Dormir to anyone looking for RV upgrades or any mattress needed for any reason. Craig was awesome. We'll be back”

“Went to get a new mattress and was blown away on how easy it is Darren the manager took the time to show me several mattresses Darren and his team are bed rockstar's !. Ended up buying one far less than I budgeted for as it was the far better bed. It was delivered two days later by professionals who took the time to properly set it up and be very careful of my newly renovated home, I have some commercial clients and they are very knowledgeable of dealing with volume clients, Wether or not you are a looking for a bed for yourself or want to get the best service for your commercial business, GO see these guys !”
“I ordered a mattress, box spring and headboard over the phone, all made possible by Shannon, a most efficient, informative, knowledgeable, helpful and professional Sleep Country representative. She listened and offered options, made recommendations and made the decision making process an easy one. A week later, the items (which are comfortable and exactly as described) were delivered and assembled by two Sleep Country representatives of the same calibre. They were efficient, ensured the area was left as it was found, were professional and easily manoeuvred two steep flights of stairs.
