Only the place is changed. From Marlborough to Country Hills, still shitty service. Intentions are still same, scam the customers. Ford cars are worst than cars from third world countries, no wonder why there are so many of them in the dealership and not on roads!

The new Country Hills Ford dealership is beautiful. Had my Ford Transit in for service and minor software recall - my service advisor, Andrew, was excellent. Very professional while being personable. He updated status of the work frequently and made sure that we were 100% satisfied. By far the best Ford dealership that I have been to in Calgary and worth the drive from Springbank area.

Beautiful new dealership, very friendly staff. I have looked for a long time for my "go to" Ford dealer, I have found it. Service advisor went above and beyond to save me a repair bill that should be covered under the ford maintenance plan.

I went in to look at a 2022 Ford Explorer with 25K on the odometer.. the sales guy brought over the vehicle totally filthy ("er.. it just came in...", with a cracked windshield and scuffed fender. I agreed to the price of $46,000, AND they tried to get financing for me for a WEEK, and finally gave up.. I did get my $1,000 deposit back, drove over to South Trail Chrysler and got approved for a brand new $65,000 Dodge Durango RT with $2,000 down. The approval took less than a day...I picked up the SUV the other day, and I"m gland I wasn't approved by Ford!!!
