I have nothing but thanks and praise for MLSS! Their customer service is the best, bar none. The manager, Chris is perfect for the job. Helpful, knowledgeable and always with a smile! The building is spotless and so well organized. Will definitely refer to friends.

I was looking for a place to store personal belongings and was so lucky to speak with Chris MacBurnie at the Glenmore location. He is so helpful and even seems to remember me the few times I have called!! (Don’t know if he actually does but it is still wonderful customer service). The facility is clean, secure, and warm. I couldn’t be happier to be a client!

I seldom give out 5 stars. But this location Maple Leaf Storage deserves 5 stars. Our family used their storage for about 2 years. Good and friendly services. Easy access location. Facility is clean and tidy. Indoor storage and little dust for over 2 years of storage as we took out our stuffs. 4 loading and unloading bays. Secured entrance and codes even using elevator.Feel safe inside as well. If we do need another storage, this place will be our first choice.

The attention and care that Chris MacBurnie demonstrated at the Glenmore location was truly outstanding. I checked out another storage facility in the area and they did not even compare. I'm so glad to have made the right choice for my storage and am confident of the quality facility, security, cleanliness, and outstanding staff.
