A true test of the service provided is when things go not exactly as planned and how the business deals with that. Maaco did their best to resolve issues beyond their control and left me as a very satisfied customer. And oh yeah, the repair was excellent

Amazing price, amazing service, amazing (and fast) work. I was super intimidated looking for a body shop as a young single woman so I was pleasantly surprised to find this shop run by two women. Couldn’t recommend more

I decided to go with this shop as the owners of the shop are mutual friends with our family and we have got work done here before. However this time I was left extremely disappointed. My car went in for a bumper replacement and a fender repair and I dropped my car off on a Monday and was promised my car would be ready on Friday the same week. The receptionist then called me on Wednesday the same week, and wanted to confirm if I can pickup the car on Friday, to which I replied that I will be going out of town and will pick it up Monday the following week, to which she replied and promised it would be ready Monday morning. I show up Monday morning and my car was not ready to be picked up. Anita did make things right by getting my car dropped off to my work place Monday evening which I appreciate, however she told me that the bumper wasn’t aligned with the fender and would need a replacement fender. This caught me by surprise because the damage on the fender was extremely minor. After I got my car back, the fender and bumper had a slight gap, but that’s something which I was able to fix myself, however the fender repair was not done properly, but it is not bad to the point where it would need a replacement fender (I confirmed this by getting my car checked out by another body shop). Ontop of that, there is some scratches left in my front headlight, as well as some scratches on my front grill, possibly from removal of the parts and reassembly. They also removed a badge on the fender which they were repairing and did not put it back on. One positive thing however is that the paint match was spot on. I am attaching photos for proof. If you guys are willing to contact me and make everything right, I am willing to change my review.

Was there a week ago last Saturday. Inquiring for an estimate on my vehicle for some body work. Called Wednesday, I was told I would have it end of day Thursday if not Friday. Friday, still no quote, called again. I was told Saturday...literally today and still nothing. Reception here, or whomever I spoke to poor communication, by far not the best form of customer service received.
Today Saturday, dropped by another autobody shop. I was given a quote right on the spot. The gentleman at the shop I went to was frank, quick to respond and gave me his honest opinion. Now that's proper communication, and award winning customer service. This shop actually has an award for outstanding service in Calgary.

Shady. I don't need to supply proof I've been to them twice. They lie and put stuff on you that is thier fault. I'm not in thier system under this email. I'm just doing my conscious a favor by warning others . They do decent work under shady practice.Edit: See, here is the proof, they already are blaming me again for Fake profile and mis information. It's shows what character I'm speaking of. Take my advice or leave it. I've warned and done my part after being completely passed off with them by the end of my business with them. Broken parts they broke, they only would half pay for, aftermarket instead of the original I asked for. Then blaming customer. Like the response to this should warn you alone. They aren't They are worried about image. Inot the car or you. need work right now and won't be going back that's for sure. I appreciate the "owners" sentiment but when I was treated the way I was. Hung up on yelled at cuz I stated it was thier fault not mine, which they admitted but thier ego wanted to half blame me when there was no blame on my side. I don't order the parts and they should follow what they asked and I wrote and signed for. I'm not interested in making this right or getting in touch. I've been there multiple times. First was ok with things I bit my lip on. The second was just down right unacceptable. The two lady's really work together to never take fault when it's solely theirs. But they did try to make an effort under duress that it was my fault and they would only help rectify and not actually fix the problem they created as one example. Well over a year or two later I'm still passed off. That's how bad it was. So no I won't come talk. I tried that. Just deal with the honest review as you guys aren't perfect as you wanna portray. I'll go else where.The boys in the shop doing the actual work If I was honest do great work. The people who do paper work and order will mess everything up and not realize they lie to your face then blame you. Just FYI about what I thinks really the issue. If you get past the reception part of it and it goes smoothly it's an OK place. The work they do is acceptable and good in most cases.

Horrible experience, gave them 1000 dollars and waited over a week for the part and then took time off work to drop off my truck and they didn't even have the right bumper, and then it ended up being 100 dollars more for the other one, also the heavy set woman at the desk was very rude with me and was shaking her head like it's my fault, no work done, got money back and went somewhere else, avoid them!

Brought only my front bumper in as I was rebuilding the engine on my car, they worked within my budget while warning me the match won’t be perfect without the car however it looks amazing and can’t tell it was even painted vs the panels around it. The turn around time was insanely fast too.
