My mother who has shopped at this establishment for years came in to return an unopened product that she had grabbed as someone had put the wrong one on the shelf when she bought it, she came back today to return said unopened product and the new employee at the till proceeded to talk down to her and give her attitude saying “we don’t return things because YOU bought the wrong thing” upon seeing the 30 day return policy confirmation on her new receipt my mom called back to inquire and the employee continued to give attitude. After the phone call ended the employee repeatedly tried to call my mom after which is pretty harassing if you ask me.

I love buying my frozen food at M&M, it is miles better than the frozen food at regular grocery stores. A tad pricey, but the flyer/app has good deals that bring items in line with other stores. Also, a shout-out to Tammy P who provided very friendly and helpful service during my last visit.

What a great place! My last visit I met Tammy who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the products I was after & she was bubbly & kind. She helped me figure out what was best for my low carb, sodium diet & how to find the best deals plus set up my membership.
Todays visit was just as exceptional. Heidi the very nice gal working was quite new to the company but also well versed in what suited me nutrition wise & was a good value. I brought a friend there who was completely unfamiliar with M&M & she was wowed at the selection, value & customer service. Heidi even stayed well after official closing (sorry Heidi) as we were not aware of closing time.
We cooked up our purchases as a late dinner when we got home & everything was delectable & easy to prepare. I adored my cream cheese stuffed jalapeños & my friend who is a stuffed potato fan was delighted with her purchases.
Eagerly anticipating trying the Buffalo Shrimp & Coquilles St Jacque next.
I highly recommend signing up with their rewards program for unbeatable value & they also let you “coupon stack”.
Between super duper staff & fab food M&M is a win win win!
