Friday at 5pm and the only employee working has no idea how to use a gift card as a payment method… Stood there as she called someone for help and after 3 minutes of standing there I just left. Bad enough to be charging $30 for 900grams of chicken wings. Brutal experience. Not what it used to be.

I really enjoyed allot of there food. Very tasty. Quick and easy to prepare. There prices are a little expensive though. I usually only buy when there products are on sale.

Love m&m. Great place to go if your having people over or just looking to have a night in with some delicious appies. The game day pack is awesome, my child loves it. I would also recommend their french onion soup, it's my personal fav. The spinach artichoke hot dip is great as well. I could go on as they have alot of taste stuff to choose from!This store is always very clean and the staff is great.

Love their click and collect service. You order online, then pick up in store. Friendly, good customer service. Wide variety of frozen food, everything from main dishes to great deserts.

I live about 15 mins away, but it is definitely worth the drive to go to this location. Staff was super friendly and helpful, the new owner is great! Food was delicious and I was pleased with the prices. Will be back soon

Worst Customer Service Ever....... 15 minutes in line with 2 people ahead of me and 6 behind me. Employee Lili even threw my bagged order at me...... Nice. will never be back as same words came out of gentleman ahead of me who also was told off as paying for his order

We have shopped at the Deer valley M & M Food Market for years. It was always a friendly environment and the staff would make great suggestions regarding gluten free items for our celiac daughter.
Many of our neighbors now complain about the service and the rude customer service and wont go to that location any longer. Unfortunately I understand why they feel that way now. The service is now so bad I will no longer shop at that location either. I make an effort to support my local businesses but this location has made that impossible. Hopefully they will realize customer service is essential and bring back the positive experience the location once had.
