I'm a long time Lushie, and the manager here is wonderful, as are all the sales associates! I'm always greeted with smiles and friendliness. Everyone is so helpful, and they don't tail you while you're trying to sniff and shop. They are more than willing to get samples of products you'd like to try before buying, as well. I love them all ?

This lush store isn't the best. The service can be really terrible. The products are wonderful and if they had similar staff to chinooks location, I would be so pleased, as this location is much much closer to me. But I think I'd rather make the trip across the city for better service. ?

I’m not sure the name of the employee… but he was the sweetest boy I’ve met…I walked into lush to cheer myself up and I guess my hard day was pretty visible. When I was clearly pondering over products he approached me so sweetly to ask if he could help me with anything, and was super helpful with my questions. At the end of my shopping he actually gifted me a bath bomb and told me he could tell today was a bad day and wanted to make it better, I literally almost cried from his kind gesture after the day I had.Anyways I hope he gets recognized for how amazing he is!

What a delight it was to shop in this location! After receiving some misinformation from another LUSH location, I was THRILLED to learn that it wasn't true after visiting this one. Got the Veganese that I love so much as well as some other goodies!

Such a lovely experience heading over to LUSH Market Mall. I walked in on my birthday, not expecting anything, and walked out with a bag full of samples, a smile on my face, and more pep in my step. Thank you to the staff who took the time to curate these goodies without prompt. You made my birthday a bit more cheerful and truly made me enjoy being a lush customer.

My daughter and I went into Lush today to get a gift and we were helped by Angie. She was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and patient. You can tell she really enjoys helping people. My daughter was just thrilled with her experience there and I know she will ask to go back to see Angie. Amazing customer service resulting in an amazing customer experience.

Absolutely amazing customer service at Lush Market Mall. Scott went above and beyond to ensure my daughters birthday party at Lush was amazing. Thank you again to Scott! I'd reccommend this to anyone looking for a birthday party for kids ages 8-16.

I went in because I wanted to get my kids some bath bombs for stocking stuffers. Girl at the door was nice, asked me to sanitize my hands and then asked if I was looking for anything particular. So that was all good but then I went over to the table of bath bombs and she immediately started telling me which ones I wanted. I kept saying, ok but I just need to look for a few moments and then she'd be shoving another bath bomb in my face. So in trying to be nice I agreed to smell the extra expensive bathbomb she was pushing on me and she snapped at me for pulling my mask down from my nose to smell. "You have to smell through your mask." Haha ok so no smelling. Anyways, I had decided what I wanted (none of the ones she was pushing) and was trying to tell her and she kept saying, "no, this one is better." She was making me very uncomfortable. So instead of Lush getting a 6 bath bomb sale, I left. I know they are a big company so one sale isn't going to break them but honestly, if she had just left me alone I probably would have bought a lot more. Unfortunately will not be returning. Found a local company that makes great bath bombs so will just keep buying from them.
