My husband and I spent over $800 at this Lululemon yesterday, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable due to the behavior of one employee. Initially, we were being checked out at one station, but when it encountered issues, we were switched to another station and another employee—a new hire, I assume, given her complete lack of professionalism and abysmal attitude.This employee was rude from the start, almost charged us the original price for two sale items, and refused our reasonable request to hold our purchased items at the counter for 1-2 hours, citing a ridiculous reason despite this being a common practice at other stores. She didn’t even give us a receipt.Her demeanor and behavior were consistently rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Such conduct is entirely unacceptable, and I demand that this employee be fired immediately.For comparison, when we visited the CrossIron Mills Mall Lululemon today to make some exchanges, the cashier was friendly, smiling, and even gave us a free bag despite us not making a new purchase. This stark contrast highlights just how unacceptable the previous employee’s behavior was. I expect swift and decisive action on this matter.

The staff was so rude, I was trying to make an exchange before the policy change. The girl and what looked to be her manger beside her were so condescending. I’ve worked customer service. That’s not how you treat anyone in general, let alone customers of the brand you’re representing.

Long lines at cash. One staff member behind the counter spent ten minutes educating a customer about something while about five of us waited in line.

Just visited this store a couple hours ago on Friday, March 8 to buy some pants and had a really disappointing experience. There were lots of workers out on the floor but none offered any help even though I was having a really hard time navigating the sizes and styles on display. The music on the floor was a bit louder than you’d want in a store, but was nothing compared to the music BLASTING in the dressing rooms. The music was so loud that it was difficult to hear or talk to anyone and it caused a complete sensory overload. I was only able to try on a couple pairs of pants before I had to leave the store without purchasing anything. It’s very disappointing to visit a store that is charging over $100 for a pair of pants but the dressing room experience is too painful to even bear. Giving two stars instead of one only because the girl who gave me a dressing room (only worker to greet or acknowledge me in the entire store) was quite friendly

I love lululemon and there customer service is really good most of the time but this store Customer service is not so good and it was my second time when they were not listening to my problem . Soo just go checkout other locations of lululemon than this ....

Great staff but the company itself removed the professionals’ discount on top of discount items.That would be fine if we were still able to get full price items for less than discounted items but no… $3 more than the “we’ve made too much” section and $30 more than their discount rack.We literally provide free advertising for this company - that was the deal.I’m switching my body advertisement to UA from now on. Lulu has zero loyalty to us for our free advertisement, so I’m not going to stay loyal to them. Forget it.

My least favorite Lululemon in the city. I've ordered online and picked up in store and my items are either dirty or not in stock (with no notification)Most of the staff seems annoyed to help you. This is my closest location but I'll go out of my way to go to other stores.

The last 3 times I have come in not a single employee asks if I need help despite many of them standing around doing nothing. Today was the final straw. Walked in with my mom heading towards the leggings. I passed 2 different employees on the way there standing there. Picked out several pairs of leggings after looking around another few min I see the employees walking still standing around not helping customers. I put my pants down and we walked out. Find employees that actually care about their job and are interested in actually doing it

Purchased three items here and they somehow scanned one of the shirts as a $20 more expensive item. I only noticed when I got home and when I returned to the store to figure out what happened, the associate treated me like I was trying to pull some sort of scam. Had to get the manager involved to get a refund, but shocked at how I was treated.
