I visited the London Drugs on Richmond Rd in Calgary yesterday to buy an Orbeez Soothing Spa on sale as a special gift for my 10-year-old daughter. It was a fantastic deal, and she was beyond excited to open it this morning. However, we were disappointed to find that the package was missing the Orbeez pack inside. Naturally, we returned to the store, hoping to exchange it for a new one. But to our surprise, the item was sold out in every London Drugs location across Alberta and even Canada.
The customer service team went above and beyond to help us, with one of their team members diligently searching online and calling around to see if any store had it in stock. Then, the store manager, Mark, stepped in. He quickly understood how important this gift was to my daughter and went out of his way to make things right. Mark found a separate pack of Orbeez with slime that was valued at $34.99, and to our surprise and delight, he gifted it to my daughter free of charge. She was absolutely thrilled, and it completely made her day!
As a regular London Drugs customer, this level of care and customer service was genuinely beyond my expectations. It’s experiences like this that make loyal customers even more loyal. Thank you to the incredible customer service team, and especially to Mark, for going above and beyond. I highly recommend the Richmond Rd London Drugs for anyone who values amazing customer care.

Had my passport photo taken here by a well friendly fella a few weeks back. Turned out fantastic. That guy knows how to take a good photo!

Pharmacist was rude and unhelpful. My usual pharmacy closed Friday the long weekend and I was in need of a refill. I called to ask if they could refill a prescription off of a pill bottle that has the date filled and the number of refills left or check on Netcare. She told me they can't doo that. I asked if I could see a prescribing pharmacist for a smaller refill until my regular pharmacy opened and she condescendingly told me 'no it's a stat holiday weekend, you should have planned ahead'
I called Rexall with the same question and he refilled my prescription without issue.
