Never go to Kenneth the tech specialist. Zero customer service. He wasnt friendly. And stared at me differently. Never felt this before coming into london drugs. The other staff are super nice. This guy should not work in a customer service. I think he just doesnt want to assist me coz Im asian.

Great pharmacy and great team. They pay great attention to detail and know their profession well. They caught a doctors mistake and corrected it.

Great place where I get all my prescriptions. Watch the one lady who's in the post office I'm pretty sure she steals anything with cannabis in it as me and a few friends have had packages mysteriously not make it. No your package has been taken and destroyed it just never makes it.

Pharmacy staff are fantastic. Very helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge about the meds. Very professional and I trust the pharmacists advise. It’s a busy store but they always have a pleasant ‘hello’. So glad I stopped going to shoppers drug mart. Vastly different experiences.

Had a wonderful shopping experience! Went looking for some beauty products for my daughter and was extremely satisfied with the worker who helped me. Jasmine was very helpful and assisted me in getting the right products that were suitable for my daughter. Loving the cosmetics section cause of her!

Spent a lot of time looking for products. I got 1 of3 as they don't seem to have much staff and I was hurting too much to keep looking for products.

Waited 8 minutes at the pickup counter before clerk came over to help. During this time there were 6-7 staff members in the dispensing area and 2 at the computers. At no time was there another customer in the area. Maybe age discrimination as I’m a senior. Terrible service standards.
