  Unprofessional .
  I had an appointment for flu shot .
  I’d been waiting for 30 minute to get it .
  They abandoned me to consult other customer who showed up after my appointment.

  I had a frustrating experience at the Superstore pharmacy. There were three staff members present, but while one was on the phone, the other two completely ignored me. I felt overlooked and unimportant as a customer. It’s disappointing when there’s a lack of basic customer service.

  Everything couldn't have been more complicated and inept. Delays and difficulty filling request. Unable to process insurance easly. Took 20 min to pick up an already filled order. 2 people in front of me were experiencing even worse issues than me. Thought the on lady was going to start a fight. Worst place to go.
