“Don't like to use the term "hidden gem" as it's so overused, but it definitely applies in this case. Fabulous service, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of wine. I actually prefer having wines grouped by tasting style rather than geography/country, and the tasting notes beneath each wine were very helpful. The store is truly a bit hidden, but you will be well rewarded if you seek out this exceptional wine market!”

“Collective is my happy place! I have been shopping here for years. It is always the best spot to get anything new and fresh from the craft scene. Regular updates on their IG stories when they get new products in. They also carry some tasty boutique wines and local craft spirits. The best part about Collective though is the staff! Always super friendly and eager to help you find what you’re looking for. Stacey and Andrew have built a wonderful business that feels more like a hub of the community to me. “Solid, independently owned liquor store that would make Al Capone smile. They stock the staples of anything booze but also champion local and craft products too.
What is probably the most telling is the mix of regular and even out of town clients that will make the trip in to shop with Sean.
He takes the time to ask what you are looking for, what it’s for and match it accordingly.
Just a conveniently located gem of a liquor store that Calgary is lucky to have.

“Good place if you're heading into Calgary from our of town, assuming you're entering the city from this direction. If so, it's the 1st liquor store you'll encounter, I'm pretty sure.The selection was solid and I found most of what I was after, but they did only have 1 type of Innis & Gunn, which wasn't ideal, but I made do.The place was clean and compact, and the guy at the register was easy going, polite, and attentive.Will return again some day if I'm passing through Calgary in that direction.”

“I worked with Danny at Solly's Spirits & Wines to order beverages for a reunion and he was excellent to work with! He took the time to choose an alcohol selection that he felt would work best for the party I was organizing and it was an incredible selection. The delivery service was right on time, they assisted me with bringing the supply indoors. I can't recommend Solly's Spirits & Wines more, their service is the best in the city. :)”
“People here are awesome. I felt like someone who had followed me in car had started chasing me on foot. I believe it was the owner of the store who helped me, but he was very concerned. He let me stay in his locked store as long as I needed, and also stood outside to make sure noting happened to me as I left. I’m so thankful for how much he did.”

“I think arguably they are the cheapest alcohol store in Calgary. I have bought alcohol from almost all their stores and pricing is really friendly and not over priced like some other liquor store. So I would recommend drive to Olympia if you want to save some money.”

“I have been to Craft Cellar over the years numerous times to get specialty items for gift, celebrations and events. Most recently I was there to get a specialty bottle of Jack Daniel’s for a clients birthday. Nicole was there when I walked in and immediately offered her expertise and assistance. She was welcoming, informative and beyond helpful. This is similar to every other experience I’ve had at Craft Cellars.
