I always have a great experience at this store . The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I am always confident in their ability to fix the items I give them and they never fail to do so either. I am also surprised how quick the staff at lextronics conduct their repairs, allowing for much shorter wait times for customers. Overall I am very happy with the service i have received and am looking. forward to my next visit to lextronics.

I gave them a guitar pedal (Phase 90) to fix. They told me the turnaround time would be a week and a half. I actually waited 2 and a half weeks before I called them for a status update. They stated that they'll give me an update the following day. This cycle went on until a full month went by. Finally I gave them a call and stated that I'm going to come by and pick up the pedal, regardless on if it was fixed or not. They finally called me back the next day and said that the pedal is fixed and ready to be picked up.I get to the shop, and they tell me that "everything has been fixed, components have been made better, and it sounds great". They charged me $110.00 for the work. I get home, plug the pedal in, and realize it hadn't even been fixed. It had the exact same problem from before. I don't think they even touched it. I go to the shop the next morning, trying to keep a cool head. I ask for a full refund because it was not fixed. I'm then told to come back in an hour because Alex wasn't around. During this time, I go to the nearest Long and McQuade to purchase a similar pedal, just so I can show them a comparison between my pedal and a working pedal. They compare the two and finally realize that there was a problem with my pedal. Not only that, but they asked to hang on to the newly bought pedal so they can compare the two items (which I was very hesitant on doing, since I planned on returning the pedal to Long and McQuade).They finally fixed the pedal (after a grueling month and a half). I would be hesitant to come here again, especially since they charged me without even fixing the problem initially and having the audacity to say that it's been fixed without even touching it. Funny thing is they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience it caused. I gave two stars because they eventually got it fixed. I would have given one if they didn't fix it and kept my money.

The high Range Tweeter domes were Damaged accidentally by my toddler! Very expensive speakers! The parts were no longer available for the B&W CDM9NT speakers! Bobby was able to replace both of the parts by the next day after dropping them off the previous day! Retained the excellent sound Quality! Please go here! At least to see if they are able to help you out too! Very knowledgeable and worth the lower cost of repair!

Poor communication and poor work-Tried this company twice-both times extremely slow to even get started and the the items didn't work as they should have after the charges. Also went ahead and did the work when they were asked for an estimate first-$400 later. Seek an alternative.

Great service, fair price and fast. Took my powered mixer that was having issues and peaking out randomly. Only took 2 days and was fixed, cleaned up very nicely and ready to go. Thanks again!

I've been a Lextronics customer for many years. I've had multiple speakers repaired by them. From my Wharfedale to my Vleodyne DPS-12 and now my Rane-62, the service has always been great.

Took my valodyne 12" subwoofer in July 21/23 Thursday for repair, it was ready next week July 26/23. Fast friendly service will be a future customer for sure. Will recommend others their for service.

Bobby helped to fix 2 buggy Bang and Olufsen speakers- they are now working beautifully. Took time but no one else would even attemp to fix powered speakers.

These guys don't need to pick up their phone.Because they are actually working.I went in and dropped off my Behringer PA system.found out BOTH speakers were blown.they replaced all parts necessary in under a week and for a price too low to quote.I will support these guys any day.they KNOW what they are doing.Thank-you.

Lextronics fixed my 15-year-old Korg keyboard in 2 days. Service was excellent, price was reasonable! Very happy with the repair.

I live in Red Deer and I called there and spoke with Bobby, I was needing a boombox repair and he said he would be able to help me.I took it to Bobby after setting up a time to meet him.I am so happy with the service, the in every aspect.Bobby was able to do the repairs in a great time frame.. seeing how this was an older item and not probably a usual request.Bobby is very professional and welcoming g, communication back and forth was wonderful, great price.I would give more than 5 stars if I could and highly recommend him, I also would like to add that he is very honest which is a big relief as well.Thank you so much Bobby.

I was referred by long & mcquade to repair my Marshall Amp. I was really happy with the service. Bobby had my Amp back in just a few days. I would recommend lextronics for any audio repair.
