They Cancelled my order for no reason. They claimed it showed as fraud which is impossible. Found the sneakers I was looking for at another store and my payment was accepted, No problems at all. Would not recommend

Less17 is the best streetwear/menswear store in Calgary. They offer a wide range of really cool brands from Acronym and Rick Owens, all the way to Nike, Adidas and Salomon. Their sneaker wall has beautiful options every time I walk into the store. The staff is also really cool, very personable and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I look forward to coming in every time.

Ordering online: they charge Quebec provincial tax, however they are unable to provide their registered tax number.I've asked *3 times* and gave them every opportunity - but the requests remained ignored until they simply cancelled my order. They can only provide the GST number, which should appear in the invoice to begin with.The suspicion here is that they collect the tax without remitting it to the government, of course. Great way to increase margins, but not so great for the legality of it.

Excellent online shopping experience and customer support. I've been an online customer of Less 17 since 2018 and recently had a sizing defect with a product (due to the manufacturer, not the store). Less 17 handled the situation with professionalism and care.

Terrible service and exchange policy.Bought shirts online that was too small. Tried to exchange (or get store credit) for larger size within 5 days. As the shirts were 30% off due to boxing week (not even on clearance) they refuse to let me exchange. Now I'm stuck with two shirts that's too small.The shirts are still in original packaging with tags attached.What a bad business model and service. Will NEVER shop from here again.

Whenever I'm in Calgary, I always make it a point to visit this store. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. They also enjoy having a good conversation with their customers.The store carries a wide variety of fantastic brands, including Stone Island, Rick Owens, and Stüssy.In conclusion, this store is an absolute must-visit for anyone in Calgary.
