Mitchell and Cornelia are angels! I don't live in Alberta but found a pair of trousers I've been eyeing for a while at their boutique. I bought two perfumes for my wife for Christmas and specifically asked a sales person if I can return one if it’s not open as I wasn’t sure which one is she actually wanted. But they refused to return a sealed product with a receipt. It’s ridiculous, I will NEVER shop here again.
You have to level up your policies and customer service, you’re years behind the others.

Absolutely amazing service! Leo’s staff is welcoming and knowledgeable with all their brands and fits. The brands they have hand selected are top quality, sustainable brands that focus on kind fashion practices. I highly respect the time that they have put into selecting their brands and products.

I didn’t get to visit the shop in person but I made a purchase from Toronto and Cornelia was so wonderful in making sure my purchase worked for me via email. If I’m ever in town, I’d make sure to visit!

I purchased an item from the online store. it was listed at a significant discount (9$ instead of 69$) i checked out to purchase. and the company refunded my order and relisted the item at 69$. So I got punished for them mispricing their items. Seems very unprofessional to not honor the prices they had listed.Response: thats cool. thats on your end, Virtually every other retailer (big or small) would honor this error as it was on your end

Always have a great experience at Leo’s. Recently I was helped by John (I think?) to find my dad a shirt for Christmas - needless to say the shirt is perfect and my dad loved it!! Thank you and a Merry Christmas!
