My review is not based on the staff because staff is incredible. The reason behind my review is the disappointment towards the waxing service i booked for. I booked it with Sameera, she is a lovely lady no doubt but my feedback will be based on her training. She was slow and really calm but at some extent there should be little hygiene when you are dealing with such services, they don’t use disposable paper to cover the seat and it was really sticky which made me little uncomfortable. Secondly she actually need more training for waxing because the way she pull the wax strips I got panicked and after a wash i still see a lot of marks on my hand and the skin was little ripped I wish I could add the pictures here. She is a great human being but honestly just a little more training will help to fill those gaps as you guys have really high charges and it doesn’t really meet the expectations ?

Have been going to Lavoom Salon for many years.Susan is an excellent hairstylist.Naima is great with eyebrows.They are both very professional and friendly.I would highly recommend this salon.

Staff were sweet and amazing. Great to book online.Rooms were not clean. Given stained towels and blankets to cover myself. And ended up with a huge reaction following waxing. First time ever having a negative reaction following a wax.

The staff is fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The salon is very clean, and inviting. So happy with my brows and eyelashes, they look great. A big shout out and heartfelt thank you to all of the lovely ladies who work there.

Had a fantastic Keratin treatment with Maryam at Lavoom Salon! She's professional, super friendly, and truly knows her stuff. My hair looks amazing thanks to her magic touch. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to give their hair some love!

I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted with Naeema. She is a true professional and does such an amazing job on my eyebrows, I also have had her do my makeup for a wedding and was really happy with the outcome. Maryam did my updo and was also really good. All in all a wonderful experience!

First time I have been here and probably won't go back. Staff were nice and friendly but I did not leave satisfied with how my hair looked. The hair dresser didn't seem to care if I liked how it looked and was more worried on getting me out as she seemed to have other clients at the same time. When i asked if my hair was orange as i notice some parts looked orange Suzanne told me it was because I had asked her to lightened my hair (as it had henna and dye from before) some parts were lighter. That's fine if that's the case but she didn't seem interested on if i liked it or maybe she just didnt have the time or want to fix it. I'm not a hair dresser and i told her why i wanted it lightened first. She didnt argue or say it wasn't necessary as she would know better than me. I ended having to redye my hair to get it to the color I wanted so I basically wasted over $100 for something I did myself.

Best service and experience, lashes are the most natural looking and professionally done by Marada, would never see anyone else!! I don’t get my brows done as my past experiences have been poor, they never get them even. Hats off to Fatima, she has changed my brow experience forever.
