I took my vehicle to Airways Krown for rust prevention. I showed up early just to be sure where it was and to get my vehicle registered. They are a very friendly Mom & Pop family run business. They took my car early, pointed me to another unrelated Mom and Pop restaurant where I could walk from their garage and enjoy a very good breakfast with another Mom and Pop there while I waited. When I returned from breakfast, the Mom offered me coffee, a news paper and we had a really fun conversation about the business and their children who also work there, one full time and a daughter who helps occasionally when Mom needs to be away. They did a top notch job on my vehicle, told me to get a tarp for my garage floor for 4 days due to dripping. They are a honest hard working family and I look forward to bringing my vehicle back next year, not just for the rust st check but to catch up and enjoy the whole breakfast experience again:o))

Its like working with friends, except the service is better. The convenient location is like 6 or 7 mins from the highway, near a great diner and the best glass shop in calgary. The service is thorough and the explanation and guidance in terms of care maintenance and commitment is great too. I've been back several times.Never had a problem... but assuming we ever did, the human approach being fair and open would be my expectation...He's a solid human kind of person. Rare these days.

I went to Airways Krown last week for an undercoating treatment for my SUV. I was very happy with the friendly service and the efficiency of this shop. The price was exactly as quoted and the time it took to complete the the job was actually a little sooner than they figured. Great experience!

Dishonest quote and hidden fees.When I called for a quote the owner answered and quoted me $150 for the whole job, I didn't even need to wash my car they said.But when I arrived with a freshly washed car for my appointment suddenly they offered to remove salt for a $60 fee (if you leave salt on it would seemingly defeat the purpose of applying rust protection. Unfortunately traces of salt remained after the car wash, so I needed to pay the salt removal fee).Then the owner refused to remove the plastic panels on the undercarriage (which covers about half of my newer vehicle and the metal needing rust proofing) unless I paid an hour of labour at $105/hour.So be aware that your price may double just to get your undercarriage done properly.When I politely brought to their attention that their quote was not honest and did not mention these hidden fees, they got defensive and blamed me for 'choosing' to get these things done. They struggled to understand how their behavior could be seen as unethical or dishonest.I found the owner was quite a pleasant and charming man to talk to, but even so the hidden fees were a hard pill to swallow.

Very pleased with the service I received at Krown. Have a new vehicle, didn’t want the rust to happen in the wheel wells and elsewhere as it did with my previous vehicle. Heard about Krown on the radio. Found this family run operation in the NE part of Calgary who has the Krown franchise. They were very professional, caring and punctual.Had been quoted 1-1.5 hrs and it was basically that. They kept me abreast of time and what was happening to the car and made sure that all was good. If you’re looking to rustproof your car I highly recommend this place plus the cost was very reasonable. Thanks

Amazing service and professional/friendly staff. I moved from Ontario and Krown is the best rustproof protection we use there. They always go extra mile trying to help you here. I am very glad there is a Krown here in Calgary. Strongly recommended.

Not only did this place deliver what it’s expected to, it’s a family run business that cares. So when I showed up with my kids, they offered to put on TV and everything was done very nicely!
