Really disappointed with this nofrill store, when do grocery i usually go there cz its near by my home. But always they have something out of stock and employees are rude , really poor service. This time i ordered through doordash cz i cant able to go due to my work. I ordered 27 items and most of the items are out of stock. People order or buy what they need not what you guys recommend as a substitute, for example i ordered fennel seed which was out and offer me substitute and they also don’t have substitute. Like what, don’t open store if your all stocks are out or you can Provide your customers what they need.

? the lady of the produce section was very rude with my grandson. She hit him with a cart, and beside offering an apology or ask if anything are good, or say sorry, or I din't see you, just ignoring him, and when I ask her way do not have a care about and make sure if some body are near, before move the cart she call a another worker and bought was a very aggressive and rude. I decided to leave the place. Realy very bad service.

One of the employees really doesn’t enjoy her job. This was the second time I had seen this girl and both times she has been very rude.I went in on Sunday with my mom to pick up pies that were on sale.We went to self check out and started to ring in the pies.All of the pies but one scanned for 3 the other one scanned for 7.50.We brought it to her attention and she said she would get someone to do a price check, that person confirmed the pies were 3 dollars.Finally after 5 minutes she radios for a manager.When the manager asked how much the pies are.This employee looked at her and said “APPARENTLY they are 3 dollars”Her tone and her attitude towards everyone isn’t very professional.If she doesn’t like her job why is she there.I go to to this location often and she is the only one I’ve had an issue with.She is rude and unprofessional.Do better.

Kevin and Amanda, can you please make sure that all of your self checkout associates has access to manually put in full barcode when barcode doesn’t scan so we don’t have to run to get another same item just to scan (which again was not getting scanned) so finally another self checkout associate has to help us to manually scan the item.I understand that you need breaks and i would encourage let your employees take breaks on time but because you don’t have access or you don’t want to wait to take your break you can’t just tell customer to go get same item to scan it instead you could have just simply said, wait for the next employee to come and help you manually put in the item.

Convenience. That's about it. Shelves are never stocked and prices are outrageous. 5.99 for bologna that sells for 2.19 at wholesale club. Quite the gouge for convenience. Criminal if ask me

Nice store, always clean, staff are excellent. Sometimes the shelves don't get restocked fast enough, probably due to late shipments.

I went to Kevin and Amanda's No Frills on Sunday October 1st. They were having issues with the interact machines, they "canceled" my transaction at the till and took me to another till that had a functioning interact machine. I paid and left. When looking at my online banking I noticed I had 2 transactions from them.I went in to speak to a manager, a girl about 19 years old came over and said she was the manager, I explained the issue as well as showed her my receipt and my online banking showing the duplicate charge. She shrugged her shoulders and told me to take it up with the bank. She did not write down the receipt transaction, the date, my name or my number. Just told me to "take it up with your bank, thats how we do it".Groceries are expensive enough without being charged twice and then be given the shoulder shrug and no care whatsoever. My bank has now told me it could take up to 30 day's to get resolved.. Managers customer service sucks. She should be fired and No Frills needs to take responsibility for issues like this and resolve them faster....
