Good day. I booked my car at Kraken for a winter once over, tires and such. I was impressed by the detailed review and suggested repairs of my car. New tires and alignment makes as if my car floats! They say a doctor, butcher and a mechanic and life is good, I concur. 5 star job men, thank you.

Quoted $280 just to run a diagnostic on Engine light on. Never charged that elsewhere in 30+ years. Sorry but its safe to say reasonable and affordable are not options here. My business will be taken elsewhere.
*edit after business reply* Gouging customers for a basic check that many places do for FREE is disgusting. This review is definitely valid from a potential new customer. Almost $300 taken before even a repair quote? I suggest everyone new asks the costs of everything before wasting your time and just booking. I clearly dodged an overpriced $$$ gouging mechanic experience.

The crew at Kraken Auto are honest and get right to the point when it comes to repairs that are needed versus repairs that can be attended to in the future.
I appreciate the app they use to show photos and direct evidence of the issues that are at play in your car.
On top of all of that, they take time to chat and offer good advice.

The service is great!
Everyone here is super friendly and accommodating. Should anything go wrong during or after your repair, they’re great at reaching out and making sure you get the service you need.

Thank you so much for all you guys do - I really appreciate knowing I can take my car into somewhere I can rely on. Took my car in a few weeks ago, got it back several hundred dollars less than what i thought and they had washed it too. Thanks guys.

I brought my vehicle in to get a part replaced under the front bumper and received excellent service! Communication was very clear about the quote and not pushy at all. They were able to order the part within 24 hours and even got me in for an appointment with the week. The job was done in just over an hour and they even added in some missing fasteners they discovered. When I went to pick it up, my vehicle had been washed as well! Really appreciate you guys! Thanks!

On a trip across the country, I got an engine light starting in Swift River Saskatchewan. I called this garage after a friend's recommendation and they were able to order the parts for me and schedule me in for two days later when I would be in Calgary. In the end the problem was solved quite easily and the parts were returned with no additional charges for me. They were quite thorough and the description of the work done on the invoice was well detailed.
They also offered support finding another garage in Dawson Creek later on and provided additional information on the type of test they had done via text.
These guys care about their customer relationship and it shows!

The service was very pleasant, I don't speak English well, however they made an effort to understand my needs. The time was as agreed and the report they gave me about my car meant that the place where I bought it guaranteed the repair, due to the seriousness, the good presentation and the good analysis they did on my car. It is worth mentioning that I took it for a general inspection, they even gave me photos of the bad parts. Thanks rated them 11 out of 10.
