After not setting foot into an audio store in years, I decided to stop in at K&W to give my ears a little "tune up" to compare my home system to what's currently available. I was amazed by the range of selection available, and even though I was up front about not really shopping, Mike was more than generous enough to take time (luckily it was early in the day and they hadn't gotten a rush of customers yet) to demo their B&W/McIntosh setup to my hearts' content.If it's time to upgrade your setup at home - you won't be disappointed here! Horrible experience! Went there looking for cables for my speakers. First, they tried selling me $1,000 cables. Then they offer to make the cables themselves but they made it seem like I asked them to send a rocket to the moon. After 10 minutes of them making me feel stupid, I left without cables.Next day, I went to a store in a mall and found cables for $5 in 2 minutes. No wonder why they had no customers when I was there. This is not the first time I've had a similar experience there but will be the last.

Fantastic shop! I was wondering by on a trip to Canada from the UK and dropped in to have a look around. I met Andrew who was passionate and knowledgeable and kindly let me demo their INCREDIBLE B&W soundsystem in the back room. If I was local, I would definitely be buying my HiFi equipment from here. I am a repeat customer at K&W Audio for a reason, customer service. My point man at K&W was James. I can't say enough about James. James, on several occasions has gone well above and beyond. If I had a question, his knowledge base could easily it, if the question required a response from the manufactures representative, James was on it. He would return calls and promptly get back to me with answers. The best part about James was that he was genuinely passionate about his work and helping his clientele, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would strongly recommend K&W Audio for your new entertainment experience and I hope that you to have the pleasure of working with James and the other fantastic crew members at K&W.

Some 26 years after installing my Bang and Olufsen equipment, the classic 6 cd changer, I had a problem. The unit is now considered vintage. James in K and W, sat on the phone with me to source manuals, and helped me reset the equipment.Thank you for truly going above and beyond so I could again enjoy the beautiful sound.

We have been a client of K & W Audio for about 18 months or more. We essentially tore out all of an old home entertainment system that was plagued with problems and replaced it with a (nearly) entirely new system. I won't say that we didn't have some hiccups, because we did, BUT what I found so impressive is the willingness and speed that Trevor and Chris took to make it right. They are both so easy to talk to, and do everything possible to correct any issues (even those caused by Shaw and/or Telus). Thanks a ton guys, and I would highly recommend K & W Audio to those who want a fair price, and more importantly, who support their installations. Great work guys.

They are extremely helpful and kind people. I bought a house and wanted a screen projector and they helped through the process. Trevor was amazing. K&W are consummate professionals. They expertly designed and installed our home audio system and on the (very rare) occasions when technical issues have come up, they have been incredibly helpful and responsive. After doing a significant amount of research regarding options for our home theatre project, we landed on K&W Audio. They’ve been around for many years within Calgary, and after our initial consultation we were confident with our decision. Our project involved a dedicated home theatre room and a sound system within our designated bar, game room and indoor / outdoor living areas. Further, K&W implemented a Control 4 system to manage the experience within these respective areas. Mike, Chris and Trevor were terrific to work with throughout the entire process. We’ve established a friendship as a result of this experience, and would highly recommend their business to anyone looking for the best product and service within the industry.

Trevor and friends at K&W Audio have over the years installed and managed my Control 4 system, hooked me up with a stunning and hard to find record player, various TV setups, and have set up my complicated house with an elaborate Ubiquity wifi setup with multiple indoor and outdoor access points where off the shelf mesh systems failed me. K&W have always been quick to respond to my requests for troubleshooting, support or advice. My highest recommendation.
