I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! The staff here is incredibly friendly and dedicated—they don’t rush customers or try to skip out on work. They took the time to ensure everything was done right, which I really appreciate. Compared to some other branches, where the prices are steep, and I’ve even been told that they couldn’t work on my type of car, this location truly stands out. The team here is honest, attentive, and efficient.

They are so gross and slimy. Insisted on pulling my cabin filter when I told them I had just replaced it and tried to act like my pristine cabin filter was dirty. Acted like my coolant was low and kept pressuring me to have it topped up I said no they kept pushing then they said they would top it up for free. I watched them they poured MAYBE 10ml into my coolant reservoir.. what a bunch of clowns. I think they profiled me as a woman and thought they would be able to squeeze some extra services out of me.

Friendly helpful staff. Let know my options, did not recommend the most expensive options, but rather what was best for my vehicle. Great job!
Many times returned. Very well worth the stop. Gray attention to detail and options on proper care for my vehicle.

Usually when I go for an oil change they try to force me into changing filters that don't need to be changed. Today I had an amazing experience with Hanzala. He was super friendly and listened to what I was saying. Much appreciated!

This review is based purely on customer service. I didn't get an oil change or any service here but I was in a pinch for transmission fluid and thought I'd stop by and asked. The guy in charge came out and troubleshot a few things with me and topped up my transmission fluid. I offered him money and they didn't even take that so that was very much appreciated. So based on Integrity alone I would go here again.
